新しいホテルで設備も整っており快適でした。浴室入り口のドアが向きを変えるとトイレのドアになり、省スペ- ースにもなっていて感心しました。 シャワーのみでバスタブがなかったのが残念。静かでないと眠れない人には、道路や駐車場の車の音が気になる- かも。 |

nice room good beds checkin staff not very helpful and tryed to make me pay twice for booking as already paid for online and basically called me a lair wasn't a good start but enjoyed everything else |

Buffet Breakfasts - continental style, good selection to suit all tastes. Not asked if we wanted a twin or double room and ended up in a twin, however, staff changed room immediately we asked for change - good service. E-Card to get car out of park had arrows in wrong direction, staff could have told me this before I left to prevent any confusion at the barrier. No great hassle though. |

The holiday inn was a place to sleep for us as wee spent most of the time out. It was clean and comfortable The room was not very warm and there was a sign on the heater to say do not alter the settings also a cooked breakfast would have been good even if ony a bacon roll |

This is probably one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in and the staff should be commended for their attention to detail. An incredible rate for the stay! |

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The furnishings were like new and the breakfast was well stocked. The hotel was really close to Prestick airport. As we were staying several nights it would have been nice to have a little more space for hanging clothes or some drawers. |

the staff were so friendly and so helpfull,,nice ,relaxed ,pleasant proffesional..What can I say, would reccomend this place to everyone.. It was all good from begining to end,,I didn't read the reviews, so not sure if right or not ,,inn was fab!! |

The hotel was nice and quiet. The staff were very friendly and informative everything you needed was on one floor - reception, breakfast area, bar. Breakfast was more than adequate and fairly good choice. Good value for money. |

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel clean and tidy. Excellent value for money, and continental breakfast which was included was extremely good. We booked a double room however only a twin was available when we checked in, not a huge problem however as we were only staying one night. |

Cumfert and frendly staff. Very good amenities and survice. Yes you said that there was free parkingbut u did not satat thatit was for the one night that I was staying. I requested a disabled room witch I got thank U. but the fact that I said I would be leaving the car with u for 10days was not answerd untill I arived at the inn. There was a £5 per day charge witch was not mentiond any were. |

Excellent value for money. Very clean, good breakfast and helpful staff. Only 10 minutes from Prestwick airport Enormous confusion about payment by credit card. I had prepaid by internet but still needed to take charges on my card that were then reversed. Ended up paying the right amount but with four lines on my card statement. |

First time i've stayed here and for the price (£39 for double room and breakfast) it was excellent and I would stay again without a doubt. Worth staying a wee bit further out as I got a room for half the price of one in the centre of Ayr. Free parking was a bonus too. |

was only in the hotel for 14 hours, but comparing it with Travel Lodge, Premier Inns etc, found the Hotel to be the better in this style of accommodation. the Hotel was fine but found within the Hotels on line description the wording ' gay friendly ' odd,,,,,,,,,, why mention it, it's an accepted lifestyle. |

The location, comfort of the beds, Friendly staff, very reasonably priced i enjoyed my stay and would stay again The place seemed understaffed at times I waited in a que for 20 mins to checkout. The continetal breakfast had coisants but the hot plate wasnt switched on you have to make your own toast |
