The staff !
The cobwebs above my bed and on the ceiling most noticable when lights on . It is the first hotel that I have stayed in that hot breakfast had to be served on cold plates, this for me deafeats the purpose of a hot breakfast?
Good location! Near plenty of shops & pubs etc! About 20min walk from the belfast city! Bedroom was lovely and clean and nice size! Breakfast was great and plenty of options available!
Brilliant breakfast, comfortable rooms and the best staff ever
A little bit far from the city center (around 15-20min walking)
We prefer normal room with bath and shower!
Not at all except disabled room
Exceptionally clean excellent shower
Poor bed extra soft mattress that sagged
did not get double bed as requested
The hotel suited us as we only wanted somewhere to stay for one night. It was clean and comfortable. The car park was very secure.
Was a little bit futher away from the shopping area than expected.
Room, location, staff and breakfast
Not a major issue... Had requested a room with a bath ( had one during a previous stay) but did not get.
breakfast has a wide range to pick from.
beds are to soft.
Nothing to say
Location was good, staff were very helpful, hotel was clean and tidy.
The bed was really poor quality and both of us were not impressed with it, springs sticking out etc..... really needs replacing.
Good all rounder and enjoyed the cooked breakfast
Wee bit out from city only critism would be attention to detail in cleaning ie towel straightening would have been nice otherwise fine
Nice design of the bedroom, good breakfast; nice staff
It was so cold at night that I could not sleep and had cramps in my legs. Called the reception round 2.30AM, so the staff brought me a portable heater. Got better then. Also, no toiletries at all.
Check in, room, cleanliness, staff was very good. Breakfast perfect- food freshly made, kept hot.
Parking- this was actually why we decided to go to this hotel. Other hotels did not have parking at all or were very far from city centre. However this hotel has only limited parking spaces for guests(approximately 20)!. when we arrived no space was available so we parked on the street in front of the hotel all 3 days....
I enjoyed my stay room was very clean only thing wasnt impressed that I booked double room and gt a twin instead breakfast was excellent the next morning which was included in price great that u had ur own free Internet
was little far out and hard to find but apart from that no other complaints
My first time in Belfast and the Hotel was excellent, friendly staff good amenities,a comfortable room and an excellent breakfast. Just a short walk into the City Centre with plenty to do and see. City tours sightseeing bus was good and the Titanic Museum excellent. The Hotel was clean and well maintained and the staff more than helpful.
everything was great. room was so clean and breakfast was amazing! :) couldn't fault it atal. thanks!
Staff we're very helpful and breakfast was lovely.
Had a meal at the hotel which was just ok. Double bed was way too small and we are not big people either in size or height.
Breakfast Comfort Price
Location is great and a it's a very good basic corporate hotel. Located in the Uni district, there are quite a few decent Pubs with a great selection of reasonably priced food. Only about a five minute walk from the city centre. Good value.
Good breakfast ! Pleasant staff at the reception area !
The bed was uncomfortable would have been nice to sleep in a larger bed Also parking facility at hotel very poor as we had trouble finding a space !
Very friendly staff, excellent situation for St.George Market
Limited car parking
The car park is terrible - the ramped access is far too tight
Free breakfast was excellent. Well located for Queen's University. Not too far a walk to City Hall and other downtown sights (20 minutes). Lots of restaurants and a laundromat close by on Botanic Avenue (less than 5 minute walk.)
Heat couldn't be adjusted. Was either all-on or off. No closet, just a rack with a few hangers, and no drawers for clothes.
Our stay was for one night, would highly recomend. Room great, double with sofa bed. Bed very comfortable and room spotless. Breakfast very good for an express hotel. Loved the idea of drink and snack machines and ice machine also.. Totally enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would go back..
Nothing that I didn't like. Had read reviews about car park, but I thought it was dead on and its secure..
