Its access to the city was excellent and it was situated near a vibrant and busy part of the city. It was quiet and comfortable. The decor is needing an upgrade as it looks a bit dated and tired. |

We loved the cooked breakfast and the hot showers My wife didnt sleep one wink as the sheets were nobbly like with fluff on them and the sofa bed was harder than the floor she would have been better just sitting in lounge all night as she truley did not sleep at all |

I liked the location and it was a good price The breakfast. The croissants and bread did not seem fresh. The orange juice was like water. |

The room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable and extra pillows were available. Complimentary toiletrieswere an unexpected surprise. The included breakfast was a good start to the day and had something for everyone. |

room adequate and clean, location good quality of breakfast rather poor, soundproofing between rooms very poor. The two nights we spent in this hotel were very noisy. |

It was conveniently situated, room was very adequate and clean towels daily - bedding was changed twice during or five day stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. After five mornings, the breakfast became slightly boring! |

Basic standard but clean. In very convenient location, on quiet street. Free parking a major bonus. Good breakfast served late! |

It was in a good area, good parking. It was a basic hotel reflected in the price. Would use it again. |

Staff were very unpleasant and demanded more money for the room after we had paid because there was 3 adults in a room which they claim was for children. This ruined my hen weekend away. |

The room was clean and comfortable. Relatively close to city centre. Good buffet breakfast included in room rate. Looked a bit dated but is apparently due for an refurb soon. |

I liked the fact that it was very close to the city centre, and nothing in Belfast was too far away from the hotel, so you could also jump into a taxi anywhere. Also, the layout and choice for breakfast was also good. I thought the evening meals were quite expensive for what you got. I ordered a beef burger and chips. It was £8.95 and it was extremely plain. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Car parking was good. The rooms are very tired and appeared grubby. The food offered was pretty poor.It was also difficult to find with satnav. As infection control nurses we would not stay here again. |
