Lovely cheerful, very obliging staff at Reception. Great breakfast choice of foods and plenty of same. One did not feel 'watched' while eating. Excellent secure, easily accessible private car park. Room was first class We liked the tea making facilities and the complementary newspapers. Overall we really enjoyed The Holiday Inn and will definitely recommend it and other Holiday Inns to others. If we return to Belfast we will undoubtedly stay with you. A slight blemish may have been the absence of rte tv channels.

Reception staff were very good. Asked for extra pillows and they came within 5 minutes. There were no biscuits for a cuppa and the bins were not cleared in bathroom. I wanted to report this and when I looked for a assessment form in the room it was half used already. When calling down to reception I received a very cold response and was told I could collect one at the front desk.

Handy location, great price, super FREE breakfast, and close to loads of pubs and restaurants in Queen's University area of Belfast. Will defo stay again. The room has everything you need including iron, kettle, and wheelchair accessibility (if needed). There was a roll in shower and peep holes in the door at chair level. The front desk staff were super helpful and rang around for information for us as we were travelling through Belfast during our visit to the hotel. The late check out at 12pm, and weekend breakfast from 10 -12 pm was much appreciated.

The room was clean, comfortable and functional just what I needed for an overnight stay. The shower was powerful and any amount of hotwater. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was enjoyable with a good hot and cold selection, self service. I really did enjoy my stay. Some of the other guests in the room next door were very drunk and loud. Banging on doors and walls screaming at each other and one vomited in the hallway. This did disturb my sleep and was quite intimidating even from my own room. This did not last very long so I did not report it to the staff and it would not deter me from staying at this hotel again

I must say the staff in reception/bar area were most freindly and very helpfull at all times and there was apologis made for the noise from the parties you had on the saturday night in the bar area 5th May that was not a bother to us. My main concern was the security of the room I was in as mentioned to reception next morning that my room was opened by another person who's key card opened my room luckily I had the top lock which stopped entry to my room, the key card is set up for the person only using the room so there is a security failure for this to happen the question is who is at fault for this etc. The breakfast arrangement in my view was ok but not great either i would have expected a better choice of a cooked breakfast and also the supervisor overlooking replenishment of goods was not totally on the ball doing this as there was items missing which was not available.

We were in Belfast to run the marathon, so pleased to find a clean, comfortable room which was good value especially with buffet breakfast included, staff helpful. Only 10 mins walk to city centre, close to all facilities. I was a bit surprised to find how run down University Street was (but I could have 'street viewed' that in advance), and there was no view from the room, but these weren't important factors in my choice of accommodation.

Room clean and comfortable. I liked the extra touch of identifying the hard and soft pillow. The sitting area was also nice. The only fault I found was with the breakfast service area. It did not do the food justice as no effort was made to clean up spills from the self service. This was offputting.

location of hotel in relation to city centre. Policy of hotel to put families in rooms next to hen parties. The complaints procedure. Whereby the hotel manager does not respond to customer complaints. Still waiting.

I was very disappointed with the breakfast that was offered. I am vegetarian and was looking forward to a hot breakfast but the only thing hot that I could eat was beans. I couldn't eat the eggs as I told were not free range (which I think in this day and age Is a disgrace). I don't think I will ever stay with you again because of this.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The room was near to the lift so was very noisey. Other guests in hotel very loud, especially at 2.00am in the morning on returning to their rooms. The breakfast was a complete shambles, no direction whatsover. Tables uncleared after guests had departed. Had to clear table ourselves in order to sit down for breakfast. No plates, no cutlery, had to constantly chase staff for items in order to sit down to eat. Bar not stocked well at all. Ordered a baileys and a whiskey one evening, both drinks weren't in stock. Definitely wouldn't book to stop here again!
