The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotels location was good for seeing belfast. The wireless internaet coverage was poor in the bar area. I would like to have free internet access avvailble in the rooms too. |

The hotel itself is located in a very quiet place. No noise at all.It is a very relaxing place and the food is excellent. It was value for money. The room was neat and tidy.I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Yes,the staff is not polite to guests. They do not even welcome you when you are checking in.You have a feeling as if they don't care about it.They never have a smile, they look like robots working under pressure.I think if the staff takes care of politeness, this hotel would get more people and it will be good for the company. |

Location is pretty good, not far from city center, breakfast was good, lots of different foods, self serve. Internet signal is absolutely terrible in the lobby for the free wifi, there's also paid wifi available, however. The room doesn't have AC and is a bit old. |

Centralised location and convenient for restuarants and shops. Good breakfast menu. Value for money and ideal for a brief visit. Parking was tricky on the ramps! Noisy, drunk, loud neighbours rolling in the early hours to continue partying in their rooms. |

Even though the hotel was situated in a quiet area of Belfast it was still very central and only a short distance from many attractions |

they were very accomodating of 17 hens even one that lost her shoes and badge, they posted it back to her! very understanding about the noise made by us and a stag party at 2am, great staff! it would have been usesfull to us if the iron could have been brought to the room rather than collection. |
