Good value for money and secure car park, friendly staff and good breakfast. I was not advised at the time of booking that the hotel was being renovated, this did not impact too much on our stay as we spent little time in the hotel but there was no nice bar/lounge area for drinks or a relaxing evening meal. Obviously the hotel is run down and in need for renovation which is currently taking place. Also the gates to the car park where open at all time rather than being locked. Looking to the next question I would recommend the hotel based on location, value for money and also that the renovation is taking place. |

Hotel was undergoing renovations but websiteonly mentioned limited parking, but entire ground floor was being renovated. We also had to enter by a side door which was blocked by staff cars. |

Some staff gave the impression they were only there because they had to with their single word responses to questions/queries and lack of warmth. The Bar was closed for renevations which we were not informed of in advance and feeling quite tired on Saturday evening we were disappointed that we could not relax in the hotel which is a given for any stay. On our arrival we were informed that there was actually a bar. There was no bacon for breakfast?? |

Friendly staff, good secure car parking, room temperatures were cosy and easily adjustable. Access to rooms good , i.e. lifts, stairs, short corridors, noise levels from outside were generally good. Renovation work in progress during visit detracted a lot from our otherwise good experience. Car park entrances very cramped and dangerous to negotiate - especially when raining & at night time. Some guests very noisy at approx. 5 am. Ventilation to rooms very poor. |

The company of the people i was visiting, the hotel helped me to do this The food at breakfast was in my opinion not up to scratch, we had to wait until individual items arrived at separate times to complete our breakfast plate |

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Good rooms. Excellent position for Queen's University. I would have liked an alternative to sausages, baked beans and rather overcooked scrambled eggs at breakfast on both mornings. The reception area was a little bleak and could do with a few more chairs or sofas |

Staff were very helpful and pleasant, internet access in the lobby for free was invaluable. Couches were comfortable too. Breakfast was very basic, qualilty of orange juice!!!!- Who chooses the brand. Cooked breakfast in N. Irl without bacon was a dissapointment. Hotel in general a bit grubby and worn, would not reccomend it on this basis. |

It was reasonable value, comfortable and convenient to the event I was attending (at QUB). The staff were friendly and helpful. The parking was free and convenient. The area is well served with restaurants etc. The tea served at what was otherwise a good breakfast was of poor quality. The coffee was also poor but that was perhaps forgiveable. No decent hotel on these islands should serve poor quality tea. |

the car park was a big bonus because we came over on the ferry, and this is why we chose the hotel, however the whole stay at the hotel was a good experience, the staff were good, the room was good and breakfast was just what we liked. all in all a good stay. |

good location, clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast, polite and helpful staff. Secure parking facilites are very good for a city hotel. unfortunately another guest in the hotel seemed to like banging very loudly, intermittently on the wall during the night, so we did not sleep very well at all, although this is not the fault of the hotel and we would stay there again |

Its access to the city was excellent and it was situated near a vibrant and busy part of the city. It was quiet and comfortable. The decor is needing an upgrade as it looks a bit dated and tired. |
