Express By Holiday Inn Belfast

the car park was a big bonus because we came over on the ferry, and this is why we chose the hotel, however the whole stay at the hotel was a good experience, the staff were good, the room was good and breakfast was just what we liked. all in all a good stay.

the staff were very helpful and freindly from the bar staff to the manager a credit to your business look forward to staying ther in the future

The carpark is ideal and sfe for parking, loved the breakfast, food was great. loved the easy access to shopping in town.

My wife didnt sleep one wink as the sheets were nobbly like with fluff on them and the sofa bed was harder than the floor she would have been better just sitting in lounge all night as she truley did not sleep at all

The room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable and extra pillows were available. Complimentary toiletrieswere an unexpected surprise. The included breakfast was a good start to the day and had something for everyone.

It was conveniently situated, room was very adequate and clean towels daily - bedding was changed twice during or five day stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

After five mornings, the breakfast became slightly boring!

It was in a good area, good parking. It was a basic hotel reflected in the price. Would use it again.

The room was clean and comfortable. Relatively close to city centre. Good buffet breakfast included in room rate.

Looked a bit dated but is apparently due for an refurb soon.

I used the resturant for dinner and it was not good. It was the worst fish and chips that i have had in these 2 years.

I liked the fact that it was very close to the city centre, and nothing in Belfast was too far away from the hotel, so you could also jump into a taxi anywhere. Also, the layout and choice for breakfast was also good.

I thought the evening meals were quite expensive for what you got. I ordered a beef burger and chips. It was £8.95 and it was extremely plain.

A bit tired and needing a makeover although I believe building work is commencing in October and perhaps my problem will be addressed
