The location of the place is great just right in the city centre. The breakfast is what you would expect from an hotel of this type They should be more careful about which rooms they give when checking in, the room wasn't clean. The shower was boiling hot and there weren't any towels in the room and I only stayed there for one night! |

Very convenient to Birmingham New Street station and to the NIA. Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable accommodation. Didn't stay long enough to comment further. Would have been helpful to have directions to hotel with confirmation email. |

Generally good value. I could not stay in the room for any length of time. There was no window and the air conditioning was not working. Could only stay again when the weather was cold. |

Good cental location. Relatively cheap secure parking. Perfectly adequate continental breakfast. All staff positively impressive. Air conditioning system a little noisy and essential to keep running since room window does not open. Pray that the system does not fail at any time. |

The room was clean, tidy and big enough for a longer stay. Car parking wasn't cheap, but ample warning of charges and the car park is easily accessible. Friendly staff, and really good for Birmingham City Centre. Friendly restaurants and bars next door - an excellent hotel. |
