convenient location for shopping exploring and eating out .car park is excellent finding the hotel was difficult as it was up a one way street and not signposted and no signs giving directions for car park |

It was brilliant location for the NIA where we had a concert booked. Parking was avaliable and staff were very friendly. The choice of pillows in the room was also nice. |

Very friendly staff, great location, near to bars, shops restaurants but quiet enough to sleep well. Bed very comfortable. You could order a take away to your room. Nice breakfast. |

Value for money and cleanliness of room Only that it seemed to be opposite a recycling plant so we were woken at 6.15am but skips of glass being emptied ! However, we needed to get up early for a train anyway but not ideal if we'd wanted a lie in!! |

I found the hotel smart and clean with a very comfortable bedroom. I was particularly pleased to find a choice of soft or firm pillows, which added to my comfort. The heating/cooling system instructions were easy to follow so that I was able to adjust the room temperature to suit my needs. |
