I liked the locatoin as close to the office and the eating options in the near vacinity

Did not like how I had to pay £7 for WiFi, this should be included in the price

I stayed here with my mum as my son had a footy tournament at st George's park. Pleasant easy check in clean rooms and ideally situated for what we wanted. Free tea n coffee all day in reception, nice hot powerful shower and clean, couldn't fault it. Would definitely use again.

Freindly Staff

Beds were awfull we did not sleep well at all. Room was dated and could do with refurbish.

Friendly, efficient, clean, comfortable, quiet and very good value. Breakfast is included at no additional charge and, thankfully, the car parking is free

Annoyingly intrusive tv (left on with a welcome message for the dubious benefit of newly arriving guests) which took some time to turn off as the remote was faulty. The cooked breakfast does not include bacon which seems unduly penny pinching.

Suited my purpose of somewhere to stay while I celebrated an event in Tutford.

As a single traveller I feel I am at a disadvantage when it come to price. The lift was extremely slow!

The Holiday Inn Express is very typical of this class of Budget Business hotels ... the room was clean and functional ... I was pleasantly surprised that there was a range of movies (though many dated, and none I felt like paying for) on a pay per view. The breakfast was good and included in the price.

Perhaps a little isolated, but you'll need a car to get there, so no great hardship. £6.50 per hour for internet is a huge rip-off --- I went without, but as such couldn't consider this hotel for anything more than a single night stay.

It was close to some friends we went to see.

The shower was dangerous very slippery.

Excellent hotel with good value for money I loved the breakfast Well done the lady who kept the breakfast tables clean and tidy soon after

Location ,easy parking, and good sized bedroom.

The bed was not at all comfy when compared with the bed in the East Midlands Express Holiday Inn where we stayed afterwards. Also the staff seemed inadequately trained.

It was exactly as I expected - no frills but very convenient and comfortable - very much like a Premier Inn. All staff were helpful and friendly

Breakfast was pretty basic - Premier Inns beat you hands down!

On a cold February evening there was quite a draught coming in the window, however, I asked for a heater and was given one immediately

The fact was told at check in that we could have breakfast in our room but when rang down was told no as it was a buffet I personally will not eat from a buffet as find very unhygienic

Facilities all to hand

As ever, small details let it down Room 118 had badly fitting window allowing high level of noise from traffic on the fast moving dual carriage way (as hotel is only 100 metre away) which greatly disturbed my sleep. This could be rectified in 10 mins - but due to poor maintenance and 'does it really matter' attidude - I am left with a very bad impression.
