I thought it was in a very good location. Excellent for shopping and in easy reach of the centre and railway station. Not having a safe in the room. i feel this should be standard in all hotels. |

The best of this type of hotel I've ever stayed in. Clean, a peaceful nights sleep, friendly, helpful staff, good choice at breakfast considering it was continental style. An excellent location for the town or the Brewery just across the road. The double bed was quite small but this could just be becasue we have a kingsize at home? |

The size of the room, the decoration of the room, bathroom was lovely and modern I booked my hotel through Booking.com but my reservation was never received at the hotel. I was utterly annoyed and disappointed @ the services. The manager (Maria) had proceeded to place a new order for a room (but without asking myself if this was what I liked to do...). Luckily there was still available rooms...was not a happy customer at that point but enjoyed the hotel nontheless. |

The hotel provided everything we needed for our overnight stay. Clean, comfortable and well designed. I had booked a twin room and was given a double - a last minute change in travel arrangements meant this was not a problem - but it could have proved embarrassing! I had assumed the room would be non-smoking but there was a smell of cigarette smoke and ashtrays in the room - next time I will check that we have a non-smoking room. |

Clean, bright, welcoming - excellent accomm and nearby parking Mildly chaotic at breakfast, very young staff, no one seemed to be in charge, everything running out - glasses, milk, white bread. Need a more senior person co-ord everything spotting items that have run out before guests having to ask. |

All the staff were friendly and helpful. One bedside light didn't work. I asked for it to be fixed after the first night as | read in the middle of the night. It wasn't fixed by the time I got in at 6 p.m. the ensuing day so I rang reception. I was advised that some part was awaited from a "foreign Country"!!! |

The staff were friendly and very helpful especially Rose in Reception, the room was very comfortable and was in an ideal place for our visit to the University, will be staying many times probably in the next few years! Just that a few of the lights in room 214 were not working - |
