Very pleasant, clean and comfortable hotel. The room had everything needed and was also excellent helping you should you have forgotten to pack some necessary item i.e toothbrush/paste. The breakfast included in the price makes the overall price excellent value for money. The hotel is within easy reach of many of Doncasters attractions e.g The Dome, Keepmoat Stadium, The Yorkshire Outlet and the fabulous Potteric Carr Nature Reserve. |

Easy to find. Quiet location. Easy access to both m18 and a1m. I wondered why there were ash trays outside of the lifts when the hotel was nonsmoking. |

Clean comfortable room, excellent breakfast, helpful staff. Quiet, ensuring a chance of a good nights sleep. . The chance of the good nights sleep reduced by the parsimonious pillow supply - not everybody sleeps as if in a morgue on a slab, however soft the slab may be. |

First member of desk staff was very surly. Another member of desk staff didn't seem to know what they were talking about: I asked when breakfast was served to and was told 11, but when we went down at 10.30 the buffet area was empty and we were told they stopped serving at 10! Tempted to ask for a partial refund. Incredibly basic room: for example no drawers, just shelves. |

Although the room was basic it was modern and more than big enough for two people! Very clean, and very cheap. I have spend a lot more money on hotels which have been a lot worse. Breakfast was really nice. Staff were really helpful, they gave us taxi numbers, and ordered us pizza to our room at the end of the night! Overall perfect hotel for the price! |

The staff were very helpful, the food was good. The room was sufficiently spacious and comfortable, if a little understated, but perfectly adequate for our stay. |

Hotel was clean and amiable Night reception staff rang my room at 1.25am to see if it was my room who were being rowdy rather than coming upstairs to see for himself. |

Efficiency, and quality of finnish Grapefruit juice dispenser gave out water only and a desert spoon that I selected had dried food on the underside, our table had been used prior to our having breakfast but table had not been cleared or cleaned. This may seem minor but if you wish to maintain standards, these should be addressed |
