Very comfortable room, clean, quiet and a good lounge area which we used to meet relatives. Free papers a nice touch. Good breakfast.

comfort,decor, buffet breakfast, staff very friendly and helpfull. room was well laid out and we felt at home.

if staying more then one night we would have asked for more pillows and more milk in our room for our coffee and tea. Also we would go to the pub over the road as drinks were very expensive to drink in the lounge of the hotel every night.

They did not have any record of our internet booking, it was lucky there were rooms available. The breakfast was the worst hotel breakfast we have ever had, coffee like dishwater, fruit juice extremely watered down, Danish pastries dry, only choice of rubber scrambled egg or sausage for hot food, no indication where breakfast was served, no one around to give help

Clean room, good for a one night stay during our trip. More business type hotel than family and recreational. Staf was friendly, but one was in training and did'nt know even the check-in procedure. Good parking facility.

I wondered why there were ash trays outside of the lifts when the hotel was nonsmoking.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating

First member of desk staff was very surly. Another member of desk staff didn't seem to know what they were talking about: I asked when breakfast was served to and was told 11, but when we went down at 10.30 the buffet area was empty and we were told they stopped serving at 10! Tempted to ask for a partial refund. Incredibly basic room: for example no drawers, just shelves.

Value for money and accessibility to the motor way

Although the room was basic it was modern and more than big enough for two people! Very clean, and very cheap. I have spend a lot more money on hotels which have been a lot worse. Breakfast was really nice. Staff were really helpful, they gave us taxi numbers, and ordered us pizza to our room at the end of the night! Overall perfect hotel for the price!

Night reception staff rang my room at 1.25am to see if it was my room who were being rowdy rather than coming upstairs to see for himself.
