Friendly helpful staff and clean comfortable surroundings It was a busy weekend and the breakfast was chaotic with staff unable to keep food adequately supplied, or clear space adequately after people had eaten

Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast, which was included in price, very good. Husband left an expensive pair of shoes behind and the lovely male receptionist hunted them up for him and held on to them for a week until we could pick them up. Very honesst. Happily stay again.

The staff were excellent. We had a complaint about some noisy neighbours which was dealt with within minutes. Unfortunatley the problem re occured in the small hours when their pals arrived.again it was dealt with promptly.we were given a full refund for all the hassle by the manager without even asking for any compensation.i have nothing but admiration for the staff at this hotel.

I found it very frustrating that your hotel was situated in area with a lot of development in the area and tat holdiady Inn had failed to provide updated direction and inform guest of poor direction and that the post code and address were not recognised on maps or sat nav. When I called the hotel I was given a different post code and road that landed me in the area, but yet again the road was very long and built. As I was situated at the far end it still took some time to find. Arriving inDoncaster at 01:15 and finding the hotel at 2:00apx this experience will make me think twice about using holidays that are not in main area. This question by the way is not just 4 questions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good location. Quiet room. Absolutely no phone signal and only free Wifi in reception. Uk hotels really need to get their act together on the free wifi in all rooms. It really let's them down.

We stayed as an overnight stop before going on to the Airport for a holiday. We found the staff frendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious just what we needed. You two members of staff looking after the front desk, bar and room service. This meant that myself and two other guests had to wait 15 minutes to order drinks as guest arived to check in and food needed to be served. This does not distract how good they were though.

Very pleasant and helpful receptionist. Location of the hotel was very convenient for where we needed to go to with easy motorway access. The breakfast was reasonable but the orange juice was terrible and tasted very weak and watery.
