Everything was accessible. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast delicious, room clean and comfortable. What else could at traveler want?

Staff were very helpful and friendly. close to attractions. Quite as off the main street.

Absolutely excellent location, just in the middle of the Old Town. Within walking distance of most of the important points of Edinburgh. Staff were always very nice as well.

The heating of the room was provided exclusively by air conditioning. I never felt cold, but I don't react well to air conditioning, and by the time I left the hotel I had developed a nasty cold.

Both me and my wife liked its modern, international atmosphere, the excellent bathroom (a rarity in medium range hotels in Britain) the cleanliness of the place and the absolute friendliness of the staff. The location is also great.

It's a pity there is no carpark, but the NCP nearby worked well. I would like only one improvement: the continental breakfast might include some cold cuts as well. The breakfast was too heavy on the sweet side.
