The staff-especially Steve and Anna, plus two ladies who oversee the room service -friendly and helpful - real people! The Holiday Inn Express breakfast is basic, but thats noot the fault of this hotel but the company who owns them all |

Location to Channel Tunnel (follow directions from hotel staff not Sat Nav) Also you are able to have a packed breakfast to take with you, food available from 6am. Soft and alcoholic drinks in the hotel were very expensive, would be much cheaper to use Tesco Extra a few mins away. Be careful if using SatNav as it does not take you to the right location. |

i was travelling on the eurotunnel. this hotel is excellently located for that and it is just right level of service and facilities. my television did not work- kept turning itself off.the bed linen was itchy- not very confortable. your competitors at premier inns have that just right. it wsa my only real criticism but it needs to be just right. other than that well done. |

Good value for money, good location and friendly staff. There was no towels in my room and ended up using my own. Could have gone down/phone reception to ask for them, but I only had a few minutes to get ready for my meeting and could not be bothered to wait for it. |

The staff were really great - helpful and friendly. Room very clean and comfortable. The breakfast left us a little disappointed. Not what I call a continental breakfast. Lacking in variety. |

The fact that they take dogs is a great bonus for us prior to travelling on the Eurotunnel. Staff were very friendly and helpful |

The very helpfull staff, who were full of imformation, and the very reasonably priced meal in the evening. Another chair or stool would have been good in the room |

The Burlington Hotel overlooks Leas Promenade and the English Channel. It is 4 miles (6.4 km) from the Channel Tunnel terminal and a short drive from the Dover harbour port. |
Premier Inn Folkestone is ideal for Euro Tunnel, the Battle of Britain Memorial, Leas Cliff Hall and Bouverie Place for shopping. |
This modern hotel has a fresh decor and is close to the Eurostar, Eurotunnel and junction 9 of the M20 motorway. The refurbished, contemporary rooms have flat-screen TVs and air conditioning. |
In historical Folkestone, the 2-star AA graded Southcliff Hotel sits on the Leas, the town's panoramic promenade, with car park and good motorway links for Eurotunnel and Dover connections. |
