liegt sehr zentral nicht weit von glasgow preis ist ok etwas wurst zum frühstück währe gut und einige deutsche fernsehsender sollten nicht das problem darstellen |

It conformed to " what was said on the tin " . We chose it because of the competitive rates that were on offer and it turned out to be a clean friendly,comfortable and conveniently located hotel. We had not realised that the hotel did not have a restaurant and that was a disappointment but we were able to have a bar meal on the Friday evening. Plastic key cards in hotels are often frustrating but I have to record the one we had for our room was diabolical.On average it took 4 or 5 attempts to get the door to open !!!! |

I like the staff. It is helpful and always with a smile, ready to service. The rooms are nice size, bathrooms very clean and nice. |

I did not like the constant noise. Groups of young people shouting and banging doors all night. Young men trying to enter the hotel rooms and being ejected by staff. This went on right up until we were checking out. When we complained about the noise we were only told that it was going on all night. At the same time as a group of girls were being told they had 15mins to leave. |

I asked for a smoking room and it stunk of smoke. Before the smoking ban hotel rooms did not smell like this so I do not understand why it is necessary for them to smell so now. |

Comfortable room, with plenty of room to move around. Well furnished and nice decor. Well designed in terms of environmental concerns, the little blue light in the bathroom was a great idea as I like to leave a light on when staying in a "strange" room in case I need to get up in the night. Excellent breakfast, very good place for an overnight stay. |

Het personeel was zeer correct, het continentaal ontbijt was toereikend. De ligging dichtbij de autosnelweg was ideaal voor dit hotel als tussenstop te boeken. De kamers waren ruim en voorzien van al het nodige. Voor het parkeren van de wagen waren er 2 mogelijkheden; Betalend parkeren tussen 7h30 en 19h30 of gratis op de parking van het naastgelegen cinemacomplex. Geen van beide parkings gaf me echter een veilig gevoel omdat heel de nacht getunede wagens aan en af reden op deze parkings, ik was s'morgens tevreden dat er niets met de wagen aan de hand was. |

Ιδιαίτερα λειτουργικό και εξυπηρετικό στα απλά καθημερινά προβλήματα που μπορεί να αντιμετωπίσει ένας επισκέπτης. Ευχάριστο και σύγχρονο περιβάλλον. Σε ένα απρόοπτο δυσάρεστο συμβάν που συνέβη σε πελάτη μου έκανε εντύπωση η ψύχραιμη, άμεση και ανθρώπινη αντίδραση του προσωπικού προς όλες τις πλευρές (άμεση παροχή ιατρικής βοήθειας, ψυχολογική στήριξη των συγγενών, αποφυγή αναστάτωσης πελατών). Να ελέγχονται καθημερινά οι ηλεκτρικές συσκευές. Η τοστιέρα στο χώρο του πρωινού έκαιγε το ψωμί. |

l'accueil,la situation de l'hotel très acessible,les parkings et centre commercial a proximité,les chambres avec possibilité de 2 adultes et 2 enfants,petit déjeuner très correct. lit très souple on penche vers le milieu,pas de restaurant a l'hotel,rideaux peu efficaces contre le lever du jour précoce. |
