The room, staff, location, parking, and breakfast.
The staff were really friendly and helpful, we were looking for directions to a restaurant and the receptionist even printed directions for us which were a great help. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and nice.
all staff very helpful very good customer service mark who checked us in was very very helpful would definatly book again rooms where excellent food was great very good after a 10 hour journey thank you
there was nothing I didn't like
Close to shopping area and motorway yet it was quiet
Quite central, good wifi and great service. Breakfast was decent and happy to accommodate an early check-in.
Right next to a dual carriageway, so loud with window open.
Wonderful staff excellent value for money
Unfortunately all of my family were badly bitten during the night .. I believe this may be from bed bugs as there weren't any insects visible in the room and the window was closed. This is still causing us discomfort
The location is super and staffs are very helpful.
The beds are too soft and TV too old and off colour.
location was excellent the staff were super friendly beds comfy, and very clean hotel.
the car park was in the shopping mall next door, we did not know that initially so we ended up parking across the road and paid for it. but once we were checked in it was all ok.
Staff were at hand for any enquiry but you felt free to roam around the lobby /reception and cafeteria areas. Felt at home.
Very friendly and helpfull stuff. Rooms were clean and of good size. Camfortable beds. Good breakfast. Plesant atmosfere.
Hotel parking is not clearly signed and shared with local cinema and restaurants, therefore it took us a bit of time to find available space.
The beds were meant to be two double beds but was one double with a sofa bed with not much of a mattress, the pictures were misleading I have stayed at premier Inn before and will probably next time stay with them.
Very good location. Near the centre of Hamilton. good breakfast including sausage and scrambled eggs.
Very expensive bar.
Easy to access the games from Hamilton. Trains ran regularly which was a great help. All scot rail staff were brilliant. Hotel staff very helpful. Shame we had to pay silly over the odds prices. That was the only disappointment. Games were fantastic.
Shame about the over inflated hotel prices. Holiday Inn express was no exception.
All the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Proximity to station. Shops and restaurants on site
Club to the rear of the hotel was open until 3am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday night and with the temperature we needed the window open so the noise carried. Mattresses a bit on the soft side. Prices high owing to the Commonwealth Games
Gentleman on reception when we checked in was very helpful and went way above the standard expected. Advised us on best way to get to Hampden park for the athletics and saved us a lot of time and hassle, contributing to a great evening. Thank you.
We had to pay £272 to stay here and we even booked 9 months in advance.
Location to station , cleanliness of the room, helpful staff
The cost of the room during the commonwealth games period.room felt dated esp tv .
Traffic noise, bus terminal outside hotel front. On busy road, no secondary glazing or air conditioning.
Good Hotel, convenient location
Limit on food and drink
Breakfast was good.
No car park and very busy on a Friday night when we arrived. Took ages riding round to find a parking space - wasn't aware parking was with a shared retail development. Very hot room and really noisy throughout the night.
The location was good . Easy access to train/bus station. staff very welcoming, Breakfast had a good variety of choices.
The Hike in price for the games was criminal. I know everyone was doing it but paying the bill at the end was harder than normal! The rooms were very hot, no air con and fan not working
Very helpful staff and location between Edinburgh and Troon
It is hard to find the location with GPS and when you reach there with car, you don't know where to park. I think they should tell us an exact coordinates for the parking lot
Staff very accommodating
Inflated price for commonwealth games
Staff were pleasent and helpful.
Carpets dirty, room noisy, no air conditioning, parking too far away from hotel, breakfast poor and at times the area were the breakfast was served was untidy.
Easy access of motorway. Breakfast included in rate. Next to shopping area with some chain restuarants. Staff were welcoming.
Sofa bed hard, just ok for child would not be good for teen/ adult. Main bed too soft, dipped in the middle. Room smelt of stale smoke - was too tired to move rooms, staff did offer this. It's a non smoking hotel but clearly not all guests adhere to this.
