The Location

I like the staff. It is helpful and always with a smile, ready to service. The rooms are nice size, bathrooms very clean and nice.

I did not like the constant noise. Groups of young people shouting and banging doors all night. Young men trying to enter the hotel rooms and being ejected by staff. This went on right up until we were checking out. When we complained about the noise we were only told that it was going on all night. At the same time as a group of girls were being told they had 15mins to leave.

Comfortable room, with plenty of room to move around. Well furnished and nice decor. Well designed in terms of environmental concerns, the little blue light in the bathroom was a great idea as I like to leave a light on when staying in a "strange" room in case I need to get up in the night. Excellent breakfast, very good place for an overnight stay.

Het personeel was zeer correct, het continentaal ontbijt was toereikend. De ligging dichtbij de autosnelweg was ideaal voor dit hotel als tussenstop te boeken. De kamers waren ruim en voorzien van al het nodige.

Voor het parkeren van de wagen waren er 2 mogelijkheden; Betalend parkeren tussen 7h30 en 19h30 of gratis op de parking van het naastgelegen cinemacomplex. Geen van beide parkings gaf me echter een veilig gevoel omdat heel de nacht getunede wagens aan en af reden op deze parkings, ik was s'morgens tevreden dat er niets met de wagen aan de hand was.

Ιδιαίτερα λειτουργικό και εξυπηρετικό στα απλά καθημερινά προβλήματα που μπορεί να αντιμετωπίσει ένας επισκέπτης. Ευχάριστο και σύγχρονο περιβάλλον. Σε ένα απρόοπτο δυσάρεστο συμβάν που συνέβη σε πελάτη μου έκανε εντύπωση η ψύχραιμη, άμεση και ανθρώπινη αντίδραση του προσωπικού προς όλες τις πλευρές (άμεση παροχή ιατρικής βοήθειας, ψυχολογική στήριξη των συγγενών, αποφυγή αναστάτωσης πελατών).

Να ελέγχονται καθημερινά οι ηλεκτρικές συσκευές. Η τοστιέρα στο χώρο του πρωινού έκαιγε το ψωμί.
