Average location, nice staff. Ideal for a quick business stop!

Staff were very helpful with heating food for my 8month old baby & always had a smile

Was very annoyed free Wi-fi didn't extend to our room - with a 3yr it was difficult to keep him entertained at night without the iPad working! & I don't think our room was cleaned properly every day!

The bar on the ground floor which quite scary as drunk people spillover to the lobby area.

Toilet door closes so someone else can shower at same time.

noise outside between 1am and 4am th ursday and friday night due to next door nightclub coming out, young punters getting taxi's outside hotel causing a huge amount of noise and mess with chip wrappers.

The Holiday Inn is located well. To shops , pubs, club and the motorway ... Excellent location.

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good.

Rude reception staff when booking in. £20 additional deposit needed when paying by cash? No parking - must park in very busy retail park.

Th staff were very helpful and cheerful. the new cooked breakfast was superb.

Room was a little tired, needing redecoration and a second chair. the restaurant was not available in the evening.

the tap in room 115 didn't give us cold water & got very hot. However there are two sinks in the bathroom.

Too hot, no fan,cooling and if you open window the traffic noise is very loud. Double bed slumped badly in the middle

The hotel had all you needed for a overnight stay and it was very central

The car parking should be explained in more detail as it is in the shopping precinct

Room was clean, location was easy to get to, breakfast was good, hotel was fairly modern

Our room overlooked the palace nightclub which was noisy

the staff were very friendly and relaxed with guests. the room was all that was expected for money and was perfectly adequate for our needs.

the breakfast was as expected but although self-service the tables were not cleaned and we found we had to clean a table to allow us to have breakfast. perhaps someone in attendance to get dishes off tables and wipe down.

*Hotel really easy to find-right there as soon as you come off motor way. *Our room was very clean *Facilities good/ice machine in main reception, juice/crisps machine. *Staff really helpful/pleasant
