For families, we have double bedded rooms with foldaway sofa beds, which can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children up to the age of 18.
All rooms have modern bathrooms equipped with power showers to invigorate you for the day ahead. Hairdryers are provided and if you forget some of your essential toiletries. Don't worry, we keep supplies at reception for your convenience. We also provide a same day laundry and dry cleaning service so there's no need to pack too much. We can arrange to have your clothes cleaned while you are out at work or play. Irons and ironing boards can be borrowed from reception.
To ensure your safety and security while in our hotel, we have key card locks on all doors. All doors have spy holes, chain locks and deadbolts so you can feel safe and secure.
Express by Holiday Inn Hamilton is well located for Scotland’s 3 international airports: Glasgow, Prestwick and Edinburgh. Glasgow and Prestwick are each about 45 minutes away, while Edinburgh is approximately 50 minutes. Access to these main hubs provides easy links to many national and international destinations.

Het personeel was zeer correct, het continentaal ontbijt was toereikend. De ligging dichtbij de autosnelweg was ideaal voor dit hotel als tussenstop te boeken. De kamers waren ruim en voorzien van al het nodige. Voor het parkeren van de wagen waren er 2 mogelijkheden; Betalend parkeren tussen 7h30 en 19h30 of gratis op de parking van het naastgelegen cinemacomplex. Geen van beide parkings gaf me echter een veilig gevoel omdat heel de nacht getunede wagens aan en af reden op deze parkings, ik was s'morgens tevreden dat er niets met de wagen aan de hand was. |

The location was ideal being in the heart of Hamilton town within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We were disappointed that we had to use the Pay and Display Car Park opposide the hotel. Firstly, as we felt arrangements should have been made to cover the cost within our booking. Secondly, we were a little unsure of the safety of our car on such an exposed site in the town centre. |

Very convenient, easily reached from the Motorway even on a busy Friday night. Smelly drains outside, may not have been connected to the hotel but we did have to pass them to get to the car park |

We enjoyed the privacy and open views and also the space within the room. Decor was modern. Spacious shower room. Hanging accommodation limited and basic. Not enough beverage products in room. Feel the room could be cleaner. Continental breakfast choice was limited. |

Handy for Hamilton Races/pubs/clubs. Room clean. Security on the door at night who I felt were rude as I had paid for a room and did not expect to be questionned on my return. This may be necessary because of the location but my boyfriend and I were very smartly dressed, sober and simply looking to get in! It was fine for us as we were out until 1.30am however anyone wanting a restful stay should reconsider as is next door to Hamilton's nightclub which closes at 3 and generates noise until at least 4am. |

we were comfortable enough and did not hear the heavy traffic outside. Did not like the stairs up from car park and also then stairs up to the hotel. Thank goodness for a lift to our floor. Not really a hotel suitable for older people. |

Locationwas very handy just of the motorway I requested a no smoking room, and there were signs everywhere saying that the entire hotel was non smoking, yet upon entering my room it smelt of smoke and they obviously new that as they had the window open, plus there was an ashtray in my room, so much for non smoking. |

It conformed to " what was said on the tin " . We chose it because of the competitive rates that were on offer and it turned out to be a clean friendly,comfortable and conveniently located hotel. We had not realised that the hotel did not have a restaurant and that was a disappointment but we were able to have a bar meal on the Friday evening. Plastic key cards in hotels are often frustrating but I have to record the one we had for our room was diabolical.On average it took 4 or 5 attempts to get the door to open !!!! |
