convenient for the town centre, comfortable rooms Poor sound proofing between rooms opposite each other (we had a young child in the room opposite who was jumping around making lots of noise early in the morning, which is understandable, but we had little protection from the noise. |

It was central, the room was clean and comfortable and we had a great view of the city out of our room window. The hotel was noisey from room doors banging through the night. We waited over 20 mins to be booked in and staff service in general was not very afficiant. |

The rooms are excellent, they're clean, have a good bed, telly with a variety of channels, good and hot shower. Being in the city center, it is good you can only opperate the lift with your room card. It's very well located next to the St. Stephens shopping center and the railwaystation and on the edge of the city center. The carpark (once found) is next to the front door. There is always more to say negative then positive: Breakfast was a joke. Bread to be toasted yourself is not a real problem, but you could only eat it with 3 sorts of Jam, honey or a large chunk of cheese. There were some croissants etc. but once they were gone, there was no refill. If you consider coffee, don't! just don't! There is a Starbucks in the shopping center, right out of the carpark. Which wasn't easy to find, if you didn't know where to go, they should make some sings for it. Arriving while the shopping centre is open, isn't to bright, as the carpark is really busy. |

We were able to check in early and the Reception staff were very friendly and efficient. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable with everything you would require, ie, tea/coffee, flat screen TV, good shower, comfy beds. Location of hotel great with link to multi-storey car park. Breakfast was good. I would certainly use this hotel again. |

Staff were polite and friendly. The room was comfortable and very clean. No fault of the hotel but as it was city centre and Saturday night a little noisy in the early hours. |

It was very conveniently placed, just yards from the train station and within easy walking distance of my business appointment the following morning. The positives greatly outweighed the negatives but I did find it a bit soulless |

Central location next door to excellent shopping centre.Hotel is fresh, clean and modern. Despite their pleasant manner staff were clearly poorly trained.Did not appear to know how to check our booking, process payment, etc. It took three of them to process us, it was mayhem. No apology for their confusion either.Had a drink at the bar where one of the same reception staff had to consult a leaflet to check how much Baileys to put in a glass. I blame management not the staff I encountered. Their best they just needed more training |
