Car park next to hotel. Middle of city. Quick check in. No answer to night porter phone when Ferensway entrance locked, forunately another couple knew about side entrance which had not been explained by hotel staff |

We were very well treated during our stay and the central location was just what we were looking for. We were staying for 3 days and our room was not serviced after the first night - this was rectified on the second day however we were disappointed that we did not receive a discount on our bill. The parking is very convenient but perhaps it could be described in the information as we felt a bit lost initially. |

Clean, well positioned, comfortable, ideal for business purposes. Would have preferred hot breakfast as opposed to the rather limited selection continental style provided. |

We found the staff were very courteous indeed, nothing was too much trouble. We felt that a full English breakfast would have been nice, after all, we are in England! On a Sunday morning, we had to travel 20 miles on the way home to find one! |

the hotel was very central in hull city center and served our purpose well. The security system was excellent with people having to use their card to access the floors . Breakfast area was very poor people were grabbing food from every direction and the waitress could not keep up with the demand. |

Brand new. Everything is working very well. Ideal location just next to Train Station. Good quality food for breakfast. The entrance of the building is very anonymous (reception at 1st floor). |

poor breakfast selection, loud TV in breakfast room my room cold had to ask for new room, corridors cold, no evening food and hotel was like prison having to use swipe card to go from floor to floor and lift when any would be burglar could use fire escape to any room they liked so the swipe card is a sham to try and protect their revenue not my security. If this is the future for hotels horrible |
