Die Ausstattung der Zimmer und die Variationsmöglichkeiten beim Frühstück. Man musste die Rezeption und das Zimmerpersonal mehrmals auffordern, Toilettenpapier zur Verfügung zu stellen. Der schriftlich geäußerte Wunsch, dass extrem quitschende Geräusch der Scharniere der Badezimmertür zu beseitigen wurde vollkommen ignoriert.Man war selbst gezwungen, selbst Hand an zu legen. Beim Frühstück gab es grundsätzlich keine Kaffeelöffel. Wenn ja, waren sie schmutzig. |

Speed of check in/ check out. On arrival, I was asked to pay a higher room rate than the rate quoted on my reservation. This was resolved on showing my reservation confirmation. |

We were very impressed with the value for money at this hotel and the service. It was minutes away from the airport and Albert Dock for restaurants bar,s etc Only suggestion I would make would be better toiletries soap, shampoo etc. |

good if you have an early morning flight, breakfast starts from 4am. very convenient for airport. Excellent shuttle bus service. could not get car on car park and had booked park and stay! Bed not comfy!! |

We nearly ended up without a room due to the fact that the rooms were overbooked possible as there was a person in a room that the staff were not even aware of. |

Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Room OK for what we wanted. Breakfast OK. Bit short on parking. The room was way too hot,when window opened we got a lot of road noise. No air-con. |

We stayed overnight as was flying from airport next morning. We had a 87 yr.old and it made it very convenient we were made to feel very welcome the rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was with plenty of choice. I would stay there again and recommend it to friends. A fridege would have been nice in the room. |

Hotel was clean but clinical. There were virtually no staff on duty, but those that were available were helpful. Only continental breakfast available. |

Room was very good had a good night sleep The food and restaurant service was poor. I ordered a classic burger which took 40 mins to turn up. A bap with bruger on top 12 chips and a bit of letuce!The next day I realised to me cost that the burger was not cooked properly. I would recommend the room but not toeat here! |

It's really near the airport and the hotel has a shuttle to/from there each 30 minutes. If you are a tourist, it is too far from the city center and main atractions. |
