More variety for breakfast would have been nice
Suited our purposes. Drove in from the country. Easy parking and at no cost, which we were greatful for. Bus & taxis to town easy access as was getting to the airport early the next morning, no fuss. Staff were excellent, down to the housemaid, who didn't speak much English but was extremely courteous to me when I assumed she was understanding every word I said. Quite delightful. Thanks Kerry & Jay
Breakfast was very 'ordinary ' & underpar, compared with a month of travel breakfasts in France & England. Croissants appeared stale, mini muffins, a great idea but tasted like packet mix & jumbled in the presentation. Scrambled eggs, toast & baked beans ok, but weren't appealing in the presentation. I will not be eating croissants etc unless I'm at the source, ie France. I recommend good quality English fare, keep it simple, fresh & do it well. Thanks Kerry & Jay
Some staff appeared un-interested in visitors.
Location for airport.
No wifi working Staff at reception not welcoming
The friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel
There wasn't any bacon, tomatoes or black pudding, this made the breakfast quite limited.
It was a welcome and excellent end to our late return hol flight.and we carried on fresh and relaxed on our homeward journey
Location, ease of check in, fresh breakfast
My room (101) was a disabled room and the shower taps were too difficult to turn off - I am 6'3" able bodied. To their credit the receptionist did handle the complaint very effectively.
Breakfast was extremely poor.
As a single traveler with no car l found the hotel a long way from the airport. The menu was very limited . Breakfast was limited......no bacon!
The friendly service. and its convienience to the airport.
The staff and convenience of breakfast at a very early hour
Great location and the staff were all fantastic! Very accommodating and looked after me very well. A gorgeous free breakfast served from 4am meant I could have a lovely coffee and a choice of cereals, toast, pastries and fruit before getting an early flight. Beautiful rooms and extremely clean (a big thing for me!!) I'll definitely be staying here again.
The helpful & polite reception staff. Nice breakfast, but no bacon!
Weather was good, but limited outdoor seating area - one bench.
The rooms were ok, the bathroom clean and the beds were comfy. Breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choice. The parking facility was good.
The smoking area right in front of main entrance meant you entered and left with the smell of tobacco and/or subjected to passive smoking! Road noise - we didn't expect an airport hotel to be in a tranquil setting but planes weren't a problem really. However, traffic doesn't stop all night so you would be advised to request a room well away from the dual carriageway.
Poor breakfast options. Options for dinner limited, only a few choices. I will not stay again at this hotel.
hidden credit card charge upon checking in could be closer to the airport
Breakfast was acceptable, but not good. Unfortunately there are only a few options for restaurant food.
i asked for a qiete area of the hotel as my flight was early morning and al night long doors banging and people arging, i complained to the reception and nothing was done
We loved everything apart from rooms a bit to hot. Otherwise I can't fault anything. Thank you
Bit too warm
easy to get to
No earl grey tea but a fantastic selection for breakfast! No airport noise either. A nice place to crash.
The hotel was easy to find and we got a warm welcome. The room was spacious and clean. The complimentary toothbrush was appreciated when I asked as I had forgotten to bring one.
The room was extremely warm and I ended up sleeping on the sofa under the window. The breakfast was poor as even though we were down before the rush we waited a long time for hot food to be put out and then there wasn't really a lot of choice.
Almost everything the exception being the dinner menu I feel, could have had a few more choices of dishes as there was no where else to eat close by unless if there was at the shopping outlets some 500mtrs. or more away the other side of the main road.
That there was no Air Conditioning on the accommodation floors or in the rooms.
