Holiday inn express was perfect for our one night stay visiting family before xmas. Good value for money,great location. Wanted for nothing, all we needed was provoded, breakfast fine for what we wanted.

Excellent location, will certainly stay here in future. We normally stay at nearby hotel Bewley's but you have changed our minds. The staff were exceptional and very cheery and always happy to help us. Next door secure car park excellent value at £8 for 24 hours.

There were no clean mugs or glasses on display at breakfast and the toaster as very slow.

First of all the location of the hotel is superb. The staff are exceptionally helpfull. The stay in the hotel was very welcome and the staff go the extra mile to assist you in all your needs. I have been in many hotels in many countries and I regard Holiday Inn Express as being amongst the best hotels I've ever been in. Personally and my wife fully agrees with me that this hotel and this with special thanks to all the staff rates much better than advertised. We would surely return as we rated this place as our second home.

Friendly staff who were very helpful. Parking nearby with a reduced rate. Good food, clean and economical. Comfortable bed.

Initially it was difficult to find as we are not familiar with Leeds city.

Convenient for my trip, reasonable price, comfortable, no hassle.

The slowest `in-room' internet connection I have ever experienced, slower than dial-up connection used to be! It was quicker to get e-mails on my phone and this made it difficult for me to complete my days works.

everyone was so nice & friendly, & made me feel really welcome. it was really good value for money. the hotel & room was pleasant, clean & fresh. there was a nice choice of breakfast items - something for everyone.

The staff were polite and helpful when asking for extra milk and towles. It was a minute away from the casino and a handful of resuraunts. The duvet was very soft. There was an ice machine ta reception, great for pre going out drinks. Cheap? Is good for young people who will be drinking and wont be too fussed where they sleep.

All four towels provided had stains, there was only one pillow each. No iron No Bath Dirty Toilet Roll Breakfast was a disaster - no cups, no hot food, toaster was broken. When hot foot eventuall came they only do scrambled egg, beans and "sausages" the sausages contained no meat at all they were full of white fatty lumps! Disgusting!!! Best part of breakfast was the coffee and juice machine. Room was small the tiles in bathroom were cracked. The toilet smelt funny. i would recommend Holiday Inn Express Leeds City Centre to young people, as it was cheap if you book in advance but dont eat the breakfast!
