I was in a room with a door to an adjoining room. The women next to us came back around 4am and woke us up as we could hear everything they were saying crystal clear through the door. This went on for over half an hour, especially annoying as I had to be up early the next day. Internet was expensive in the rooms, although free in reception.

Staff fiendly and helpful; room pleasant and clean; location very pleasant and convenient.

The beds were uncomfortable because of the ridges from the springs of the mattresses.

The reception area was nice and welcoming.The staff were friendly and helpful and the bar area was comfortable and relaxing. The bedroom was of a decent size and the room was cleaned to a high standard.

There was a large stain on the carpet near the bathroom door, plus when I went down for breakfast I had to wait a while for a table.When I did allocate a table after about an hour,there wasnt hardly any hot food left. But what I had was very nice.

Droves of stag/hen parties, loud, horrible rooms, very basic, didn't get the room we specified (double not twin), have to pay for parking (£8 1 night stay in local multi storey), woken by banging doors, people talking by lifts as walls paper thin. Dreadful would not stay again.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

The room was clean,comfortable and well equipped with items such as hair dryer and tea/coffee making. Friendly and polite staff helpful at all times with a smile,most important.

There was no bacon at breakfast time all weekend. Disappointed with parking arrangements,would have thought the hotel had its own private parking.We did get a reduction but still expensive we felt.Also with my husbund being registered disabled and used to having free parking.

One room had a pipe leek from above it was wet n smelly. Out room was dirty had bogies on the wall and paint coming off the ceiling

Location was perfect, reduced rate was brilliant, Mumta restaurant meal got us free parking instead of hotel deal which should have been £8, Dan, Alwin & the girl members of staff were excellent

Noisy air con would not switch off, no bacon or mushrooms or fried egg at breakfast, having to pay for parking when mumta restaurant got it for free?? Numpty on night duty was very slow at serving the few people in there, i assume he had never tended bar before

Staff were all only too glad to assist,especially Zoe who went out of her way to meet our needs

The breakfast was very good. The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially one member who put herself out to help me.

Reasonably close to both the City Centre (no car) and where I wanted to be and low coast (business)

Problem with the batroom as the floor was flooded but not visible to the eye so I ended up with wet socks!
