The staff was nice and the breakfast was good.

They need more staff cleaning off tables at breakfast. we stayed there 4 nights and 2 of the breakfasts we had to just move trays so we could sit at a table. I also think free internet would have been nice even if you had to go to the lobby to use it.

Breakfast could have a little more variety in the prepared fruit and there could have been a selection of cold items such as hardboiled eggs and cold meats.

The room was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. It's a very good value for money.

The elevator needs maintenance, it wasn't working properly and the breakfast was a bit poor. The room and bed size were good but the mattress was a bit too stiff.

I could hear everything from the room separated by a locked door. Air conditioner very loud and could not configure it in the middle of the night when I started to get frozen. Bath got flooded due to design of shower .

Near to city sights, spitalfields market. Breakfast included

Worst lighting I have ever come across in a hotel - you should warn all ladies who like to apply makeup to bring own mirror and light.

Nice big bedroom. Comfy bed and great shower. Lovely breakfast. Good location for getting to work.

Bloody aircon was so noisy I couldn't sleep properly. Kept on waking me up.

The hotel is very close to some of the central london attractions. Train station, LYC airport, eating places and the hassal-bassal makes it one interesting venue. Room are comfortable and decent size. Staff was extremely accomodating and polite.

Reception areas is very poor. Bar needs some great improvement. Breakfast should have few option on the frying pan (fried-eggs, Omelate, wedge, etc). Lifts are extremely slow and angry.

The heating system is terrible. Uneven and noisy.

Good value for money and excellent location for the City.

The duvet on the bed was far too thin and the air conditioning fan was too noisy to sleep. We therefore had to cover the bed with our coats to be warm enough!

The room and bathroom were very good. The Staff was friendly and helpfull.

The breakfast was to busy (to many people) and the quality of the food was poor. It was not possible to dine because the restaurant was closed from Christmas until 8-1-2013 (?). This was not mentioned by the booking. Internet is not free and very expensive.
