Staff were excellent and ultra efficient. Virtually no traffic noise.

Tiny, outdated TV. WiFi cost.

the room is very cold. it was last time, but they kindly provided me with a little electric heater. this time the hater was in use with another resident. there is clearly a problem as Ive since read lots of posts about rooms being too cold. unfortunately after an uncomfortable night I will probably not stay again.

Absolut empfehlenswert Wir werden dieses Hotel wieder buchen. We had a lovely stay and have had a great stay in this lovely Hotel

Easy checking, polite staff, room good size and comfortable.

The smell of smoke in the corridor and in our room trying to be hidden by air freshers is not good. Did speak to duty manager who said that on level 3 they do have smoking rooms. As i had asked for non smoking room and thought the building was a non smoking building it is not good for an asthmatic.

Internet costs are outrageous £10.50 per day. Many other hotels offer free WiFi. TV channels hopeless - why not Freeview?

I was very impressed by the polite efficient staff, the food, the room quality was very good with comfortable beds, the bathroom was very modern and very clean. Overall would be happy to recommend to others and look forward to returning.

I thought that the cleanliness of the room was excellent. Easy check in and very helpful and polite receptionist.

Comfort area in the reception was untidy and left with glasses and crisp packets on the table. Gave a view on untidiness.

The rooms were really comfortable and modern, quiet and warm. Liked the buffet breakfast although the choices were slightly limited, it was easy to grab your food, eat then leave, much better idea than waiting to be seated, then waiting to place your order etc etc.

Cost on internet was eccessive at over £10 for 24hrs, its ok if you are a travelling business person with an expense account, but ridiculously expensive for your average traveller on a budget.

Good parking, reasonably priced food, location providing easy access to motorway network and the NEC in particular.

It was cold outside during our stay and despite turning the setting up to maximum 24 degrees in our room, we were unable to achieve a comfortable temp. It never approached anything like that, so the air conditioning fan ran all the time. We also found the temperature in the restaurant area too cold for our liking and had to put sweaters on before going down to eat. But this seems to be a common "air conditioning" issue for us in most places.
