Very good value for money

Walls are very thin, people in room next to us kept us awake from 3.30am - could hear every word and every movement

Location

The location, next to the train station, was excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly, considering they were so close to London, which is not known for friendly hoteliers. The room provided enough space for a solo traveler and could have accommodated two easily, but there were no frills. Clean, efficient, well-designed and friendly, I stay here often since it affords me the benefits of London--less than 30 minutes away--with the price of a comfortable budget hotel.

Nothing really to complain about, but it would be helpful to have a lockable compartment or safe in the room.

I chose the Hotel because of it's proximity to the train station which proved to be valuable. The staff were very helpful and the daily breakfast was great. The room was very clean and quiet throughout the 3 days of my stay.

I thought that the decor of the Hotel was somewhat tired but the cleanliness of it compensated for it.

Being disabled we parked in appropriate space [there being two]. However after returning from an evening out the spaces were taken by non disabled guests. We were forced to park in the railway station not satisfactory. Will not be staying at that one again.

Very clean and spacious room. Free wifi with reasonable bandwidth. Powerful shower. Comfy bed. Excellent quality hand soap and shower gel.

Noisy ac unit woke me up a couple of times. - should have switched it off before going to sleep! No epg for the digital channels on tv.

Room clean and comfortable

Lack of parking spaces, had to park on a yellow line outside the car park. Disappointing breakfast only hot choice was scrambled egg, beans and sausage. I'm not asking for a full English, but bacon was sorely missed! I stayed at The Premier Inn the weekend before and preferred their breakfast.

Awful night lumpy beds ,, and we are disabled no parking any where ,, and parking 2 disabled bays that were there ,, blocked off by staff cars .and space between them ,,.brekfast cold egg when we asked for scramled egg as it was empty ,, it was bought out cold,,2 milk in room tea making facilities none existant.. As copared to copthorne we stayed in last year,,,what a stressed night not knowing if car was ok,,disappointed,,,

Very pleasant staff, helpful and friendly, quick check in an out room very clean and very quiet, my requests were met and lovely bathroom/shower nice selection at breakfast (apart from the sausage!!)

Breakfast queues and having to ask for crockery and cutlery (cutlery still wet when replenished) and other guests 'hogging'/'reserving' tables !! - had to leave my sausage as I couldn't cut it and daren't risk my teeth trying to bite it !!! oh, and we didnt drink in the bar - way too expensive only one lift working, so waiting far too long to get to and from 7th floor on occassion

Busy at breakfast-difficult to find a clean table, not enough staff to cater for early morning influx of guests wanting their free breakfast.Some organisation required.

Very sweet smell at the entrance. Very dutiful staff.breakfast was freee.proximity to the station.

Th breakfast area was a boy tight. Set times for cleaning - not sure if it was up to 1pm, after which it would appear u had to wait till the next day. Was a good stay otherwise.
