I hate that ypou can't get away from television in the bar and eating area, whether at Breakfast or in the evening. The assumption seems to be that everybody is OK with live football commentary while they are eating. Well, I'm not and I certainly won't be eating there again - I object to having television forced upon me in public spaces.
Lots of choice for breakfast but not full English. Air con was very noisy but we got away with turning it off completely as wasn't too warm.
Great location for legoland/chessington world of adventures, lovely hotel we all had a great time.
Parking not great, but staff helpful to find alternative, we gave up our parking spot for a disabled person and were allowed to park in the small secure staff car park.
Very friendly staff, nothing too much hassle, nice restaurant food, although menu bit limited. Great stop off before a few days at Legoland.
Sometimes the wifi wouldnt connect, but not really a problem
Friendly staff. Ease of facilities. Good atmosphere
Air conditioning vibrated throughout our room even though our unit was switched off. Parking ludicrous for such a big hotel and had to pay over £10 to park next door. Beds so hard that a nights sleep was not comfortable.
Close to legoland
a clean secure room with en suite facilities coffee/tea making facilities' comfortable seating in bar and dining areas
The wifi was slow and didn't really work
Everything was great.
Fantastic value for money, great location for legoland. Will stay again!!
dont like if you pay cash, have to leave 75 pound deposit per room. and one lift was out of order, so with baby pushchair i have to use stair, cause was busy in another lift. car park have not enough parking place.
very like bathroom, love it. room really good for family.
No parking spaces. Had to park on train station car park £8.60 per night. Breakfast was a free for all. Also cooked breakfast was cold and not much choice. No TV remote in the room and they had our booking wrong
fairly clean. Staff friendly
The breakfast arrangements are comical. There are nowhere near enough seats to accommodate all guests. The lines for the breakfast weave in-between tables, and into reception. People have to stand over those who have not yet finished their breakfast, waiting for a seat. An absolute shambles.
The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Having to occupy a room on the 6th floor, in spite of our booking on 12-1-15, and requesting for a low level room because of disabilities. Having to park half a mile away on the first night because of no disabled parking bays (one of which was occupied by a transit type van).
Lack of car parking is a bit of a pain, but the station car park next door is good value for money, if a bit dark and spooky. Bed was a bit uncomfortable.
The staff are fantastic
Small car park had to pay for parking in train station car park
Great location for Legoland. Clean hotel, friendly staff good service
Difficult to find the entrance to the car park. A very tight entrance and exit and far too few car parks given the popularity of the hotel.
Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and good sized rooms, Excellent value breakfasts!!
Very very limited car parks.we had to struggle to find a car park as it was school holiday.after 1 hour we still can't find one.
It has holiday inn standard which means comfort bed and clean room.the cheapest price for legoland windsor
The bed that could turn into a sofa had iron bars witch made it difficult to sleep
I liked to stay because it wasn't so loud.
Awful experience with the food in this hotel. 2hr wait for evening food( not warned when ordering it) then after complaining twice they decided to serve just two of the childrens food and left my third child and myself and husband without ours. They had finished their food and after I had complained for the third time they brought out the rest of the meals. Food wasn't very nice either after all that time! Breakfast was disgusting!!! Cold..... obviously been left under heat for too long and sausages all hard. All was on offer was sausages and scrambled egg and beans for a cooked breakfast! Far to small of an area for the amount of guests try to eat aswell. If u decide to stay at this hotel just DONT eat here, or expect free parking! Free parking is very limited and you have to pay in train station carpark next door which costs over £11.00 for the night not £8.00 like reception staff tell you.
Lift not working.
Parking is a problem, they have a small carpark and u usually need to pay to park at the train station, it is next door but can be extra. Breakfast is plentiful but no bacon and just scrambled eggs, not the full English breakfast if your looking for it, but plenty of everything else.
Hotel is well placed for London, lego land, windsor, Thorpe Park and the rest.
Parking issue. Was aware of it already so was ready to pay for parking
I asked a staff member to heat some milk at breakfast for my young son to be told "chef said too busy" I was disgusted at the lack of service. ..
Very little to be honest
The room had a bad odour, faced onto a railway station. Kids running up and down corridor.
Ease of use
Told not to leave premises as I would lose my parking spot. Which is not what you want to think about when your on a day trip to be stuck in a hotel. I did lose my parking only to spend 20mins trying to park my car outside the hotel and then wake up at 8 in order to move it again. Very inconvenient.
The accommodation was clean. staff polite.
