the cleanliness of the rooms and size was good. Ths staff let us go down to breakfast early on a Sunday (at 6.15am) as we were awake far too early, but they were very accommodating. |

Convenient to A1. Confusing and expensive internet rates/options. Although parking arrangements were unsecured there was ample space, but on a weekday could have been a problem if you want an early start. |

I liked that is was good value for money and the bathrooms are clean & new. Parts of my room were not very clean and the lock on the toilet door is extremely stiff (very easy to get locked in!) - this was the same in another Express by Holiday Inn I have stayed in. |

The staff were pleasant relaxed and professional and ensured that there was a good atmosphere. Nothing that can be fixed .....it is located in down town Stevanage !! |

the beds were really comfy! i thought the staff were very friendly and were eager to help you with any problems. i was paying by card, they wouldnt accept the card so i ended up having to get out cash, but i had to get out£100 as i had to put down a £60 deposit, i didnt like this considering it was half 12 at night and i then had to wander around trying to find a cashpoint. |

The recommended restaurant, Medusa, was very good in all aspects, service, food and value for money. The price of the beer! |

Nice and comfortable room, quiet despite city center location, close to coach and train stations. Perfectly suited for what we needed it for. For our liking the bed was quite soft, also the light in the toilet lit up the whole room when going to the toilet during the night - which was a bit annoying when there was two of us in the room. |

Central location, the breakfast arrangements were just enough and the complimentary newspaper to read during breakfast was excelent. Car parking is an issue at Stevenage - an arrangement with the Borough Council to use the Library car park would be good |

It was clean, well appointed and very pleasant. I particularly like the breakfasts provided - one of the main reasons I chose HH express |

Excellent room, excellent value for money. Check in and check out was very slow and impersonal. I was hoping to watch Football on Sky Sports 1 but unfortunately Setanta was on in the Lounge and I could not get Sky Sports 1 in the room, I know this would be expensive but would be great if you had the option of paying to watch Sky like you can pay to watch movies. |
