the unlimited free drinks nice size rooms.
I asked for a bath and got a shower wasn't enough explanation when you book, of how the check in process works.
Very convenient location for access to train station and town. Free WiFi.
WiFi speed not great. Breakfast was fairly basic but OK. Given the wrong room so I got a Twin when I ordered a Double (couldn't be bothered following up on it though).
Helpful staff and really nice breakfast. Walking distance to the train station.
The hotel was in a good location.
Location, friendly helpful staff and excellent value at a great price. Thoroughly recommended
Perhaps a little more variety at breakfast
Location, location, location! Walking distance to train station and city centre! Value for money! Friendly staff especially Rob and Robert at the reception desk!
Breakfast was alright apart from the fact that there wasn't any bacon included in the cooked, hot food!
The location, being next to the station, was perfect for my planned local travelling and the hotel was kept very clean. There was also an excellent shower in the bathroom and the bedroom was a decent size.
The hot breakfast was the worst I've had in 50 years! After looking forward to a full English, I was limited to just sausages and baked beans! In the bedroom, the open wardrobe/drawer area was far too small/shallow and the bed wasn't anything like as comfortable as those at a Premier Inn. I doubt that I'll be visiting a Holiday Inn again, unless I'm really desperate for accommodation.
We chose this location because we were attending a family event nearby, the hotel fitted this requirement perfectly. Once inside the hotel, the facilities were very good, the staff super especially Mexico, and the breakfast very good.
The area of Swindon in which this hotel is situated. However, we knew this before booking and chose to stay here to be within easy walking distance of a family event that we were attending.
The bed was very hard and uncomfortable slept very little due to this.
staff greet every customer as if they are special and I look forward to checking in.
food choices are limited
Best breakfast in UK^^
stayed for two weeks there location is excellent in the centeral Breakfast and wifi all for free staff are kind close to good resturants
No jim facility The door card was too bad had to change it almost everyday not a big variety of food in breakfast
Lovely staff,very clean,but noisy
Friendly helpful staff Great prices Good location
No onsite parking Rooms quite small
Room was nice Nice and clean and airy
Bed was far to soft Needed Bacon at breakfast Walked around the whole hotel before finding the entrance poor sign posting
Everything is done on the cheap. The breakfast was poor, the sausage was tasteless, the bread was very thin and tasteless. In the bathroom, the towels were as thin as possible likewise the toilet paper. Having to park a few minutes away is not good, let alone having to pay £6.00 for the privilege. The location of the hotel is not good either, difficult to find in the one-way system.
clean room, free Wi-Fi ,adequate breakfast. very good overall for a basic hotel.
Comfortable room and good breakfast
No car park close to the hotel.
The location was good for what we had visited Swindon for
Lack of parking
The bloody night club next door, got no sleep at all very poor location.and for breakfast only sausages no bacon.
Decent room, comfortable bed
Over-priced bar (£4.95 for a pint of beer)
the room is nice and the breakfast was nice too i did enjoy. the staff was ready to help at anytime
i think everything was cool
Hotel is very close to several noisy clubs, average breakfast, no possibility to buy an electric adaptor (reception proposed to sell us one), 1 of the rooms had large red stain on the carpet, water still in the kettle ...
Our stay here was very comfortable, staff were helpful and friendly. We found the location handy to the centre of town with bars and restaurants nearby. However we found the hotel a little hard to actually get to due to one way streets etc.
It was very noisy due to crowded pubs outside.
