Clean,warm and friendly staff dinner was good and breakfast was excellent

Good sized room , comfortable bed and excellent breakfast.

Shower could have been a bit more powerful but a quibble really.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was excellent value and very comfortable. Convenient location close to the motorway.

There were some noisy guests on our floor. But the staff did there best to sort out the problem.

Much better service at breakfast than our stay 3 weeks ago when it was chaotic ! All staff very helpful ,especially chambermaids.

I booked 4 rooms for my family. I had no problems at check-in but when my brother in law arrived an hour later he was told that I had not booked any rooms at all. This was eventually sorted out , but my brother in law was not a happy chappy with the way he was treated !!

Having stayed here several times over the past few years we find it very conveniently close to the M6,reasonably priced,very clean and comfortable.

For the first time we were very disappointed to come down for breakfast to find tables piled with used crockery,cutlery,and left-over food,There were no plates or cutlery and no food-not even a sigle slice of bread!!!We had to wait for 40 minutes before we had any cooked food but the staff still began to clear away on the dot of 10.30am even though some of the tables had still not been cleared. I believe that all the staff had been sacked a couple of weeks ago and the new staff obviously hadn't a clue what they were doing.I've never known it take 45 minutes to cook sausages and scrambled eggs, let alone wash cutlery and crockery.

The room was quiet.

Of the reception staff I encountered, they were aggressive and rude. I was taken aback when my partner and I were checking out and the female member of staff demanded a second room number; she was notably sheepish when I replied we had stayed in the same room.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Hot breakfast wasn't very hot.

Staff were always really helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Having a microwave in the dining area was excellent as it allowed us to reheat the breakfast to piping hot.

We were quite late to breakfast and found that things like cutlery was not topped up which meant finding a member of staff. It was a bit of a niggle but wouldn't stop us staying there again.

Convenient. Free parking. Reasonable price for a reasonable standard of room comfort.

Poor quality breakfast. Poor TV. Uncomfortable lounge area. No hot food available in evening. Poor staff attitude - would rather stand around talking to each other than serve a customer. Narrow beds.

No meals available other than breakfast at the weekend. Your website said a twin room was available and when we arrived we were formed that it was not. Staff did do sort out a sofa bed but this was not the most comfortable for my daughter

The location is perfect for travellers. The reception we received was helpful and friendly. The room was far better than we anticipated for the cost and the facilities in the room were excellent and spacious. Everything was provided and they even offered to provide anything that we might have forgot to pack at no extra cost. The room itself was warm and clean. The general atmosphere, although not overcrowded, was most pleasant and the lounge area was relaxing with a bar, comfortable seating and a large TV. The breakfast was more than adequate with a large range of food options to choose from and no limit to how much one could eat. I would have no hesitation returning here and would recommend it to other travellers.

There is nothing that we did not like with this particular hotel.
