The efficiency of the staff was good. The continental breakfast was fine with plenty of food and drink available. |

Clean, good double rooms, ample parking & good continental breakfast It is well out of York (but you just have to accept this) and the staff didn't get the room bookings right, but eventually got it sorted and were very pleasant |

The breakfast accommodation and content was well below expectations.Mayhem at the buffet, rotten coffee no fresh bread or rolls just a queue at the toaster. The fruit juice was not fresh and we had to sit beside a TV with the whole room staring in our direction. |

Comfortable bed. Wall lamp had no shade. Cups were dirty on arrival (looked like had only been rinsed, not washed). Room very cold on arrival as window open. |
