Staff where excellent and made us feel very comfortable. Even recommended where to celebrate the new year and booked our taxi. In all very impressed with the service and great value for money. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a low cost night out in Norwich. :) The price of the pot noodles lol!

Its very laid back, clean and comfortable. The evening meals were very poor, car parking at times were bad, people taking hotel spaces and going to other sites, and not displaying badges in the dissabled spaces.

Clean, tidy room with comfortable bed. No bath but a spacious shower with plenty of hot water.The position is convenient for both the city and the airport. Breakfast is included in the price. There are no opening window in the rooms, but all the ventilation comes from air conditioning. I found it difficult to control the temperature.

The rooms were very comfortable and good sized. The cleanliness throughtout the hotel was first rate. Staff very efficient, friendly and always willing to help. Overall a really great stay and will definitely return and recommend to friends and family. No complaints really. perhaps more hanging space in room.

Staff very helpful and friendly Room was very well prepared Beds very comfortable and appreciated choice of pillow Room temperature higher than thermometer reading and difficult to adjust TV controls- not easy to find BBC1 Breakfast-well presented - could include more fruit and add bacon!

Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in - travel a lot - to 5* hotels worldwide but this was exceptional. Plus warm welcome and well informed staff. Nothing really. Great breakfast, self service but fresh and plentiful. Good choices.

good location for my visit, covered all my requirements. very noisy at night. I had a room that had an ajoining door to the room next door. I could clearly hear people talking and shouting untill gone mid night.

The staff were very polite and helpfull. I found the asda and gym and spa great! The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! :) The only two things me and my other half didn't like about our stay was that even though our room was clean and tidy it smelt of dampness really bad, and the other thing that we didn't find so nice was the breakfast. All on offer was scrambled egg, sausage, beans and hash browns. For me there was only egg and sausage as I don't like beans or hash browns so it would of been nice to of had a bigger option. I found the cereal a little bit boring too, no Cheerios or weetabix just rice crispies and cornflakes!

Hotel staff made us feel comfortable, nothing was to much trouble - we had a late check out at no extra cost, and the free shuffle from the airport back and to from the hotel made our stay far more managable ( we were staying in Norwich overnight for an important interview the following day, less stress the better !) The coffee tea facilities/supplies were limited in the room, needed to be better stocked in our opinion, but a small thing really

The parking was an issue when I arrived with zero spaces and people fighting for a space. The dinner menu wasn't great with limited choice and not very healthy. I also found it very noisy with rally boy racers outside the hotel quite late at night.

We stayed in this hotel many years ago before Holiday Inn took it over. We vowed never to stay there again as it was so bad. However we booked for last weekend as I was late in booking and had very little choice. How surprised we were, and pleasantly surprised. The staff are lovely, the whole hotel is clean and well looked after, the room was clean and comfortable. Well done Holiday Inn. We will not hesitate to book again

Very convenient for where I was working. Spacious room, decent sized desk. Good price. No room service, very basic breakfast - though this was reflected in the price. Extremely uncomfortable bed. Tv had seen better days, filthy remote. Difficult to find car parking space near to the hotel.
