It is very handy for Norwich city centre, It served us very well whilst we toured round Norfolk which was the reason for our holiday. The menu is quite restricted and indeed on one night it ran out of some options which made things even worse. |

The breakfast was ample with a sufficient range on offer. also the cleanliness and presentation of the rooms was satisfactory. Fire alarm went off -response good , but we could not exit except by going back into the complex! |

The whole hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and the outside seating area was nice. With continental breakfast included in the price it was very good value for money and easy to get into the city centre by car. |

The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also one the best continental breakfasts i have ever had. Location, a little too far out of the city and the public transport was not very regular. |

I found this hotel to be very well situated in Norwich. It is close to train station and the airport. I noticied that I was charged an extra 59.95 pounds for the 16th of April and then 114.90 pound on the 17th of April these deductions were from two different cards and only had twin room for 2 nights. |

The beds were very comfortable and the facilities were good for the price. The layout of the breakfast buffet made it difficult for the number of guests to access all items. |
