All aspects, plus excellent service and advice from Charlotte on reception. Very good value for money. Very adequate continental breakfast is included in the price. We will definitely stay here again, We come to Norwich four time a year to visit grandchildren.and this is the best value hotel we have used to date.. Car parking slots were a bit narrow but this is a very minor point when all of the other aspects of our stay were so good. |

It was one of the best motels we have stayed in recently since we are now retired and so travel to various places visiting friends and family .Buffet breakfast was excellent, the staff very friendly and helpful, room etc spot on |

The breakfast was very nice The heating in room was broke so we had a little heater that didn't really do anything. Even though we were told about it, they could only offer a smoking room which we did not want for health reasons |
