Chambre grande et claire au confort moderne . Bon accueil .Restauration limitée mais suffisante si nécessaire , l'hôtel étant excentré . L'hôtel est situé à la périphérie de la ville dans un complexe sportif , dans un cadre pas très beau et près d'un immense parking ,donc pas vraiment agréable pour un séjour de longue durée . Pas possibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres ( air conditionné) d'où odeur déséagréable en arrivant dans la chambre |

La chambre est spacieuse, claire, bien insonorisée et très propre. La salle de bains est de bonne qualité et propre (bravo pour l'astuce de la porte qui ferme à la fois les toilettes et la salle de bains !!). Les couloirs sont calmes (aucun bruit d'ascenceur). L'accès à la ville de Norwich est rapide. Ample parking à proximité de l'hôtel. Si je devais critiquer quelque chose : le manque de présence de personnel au P. déj, et l'absence de sourire à l'accueil le matin du départ, mais je n'ai surement pas eu de chance, car à l'arrivée aucun pb. |

Petit déjeuner compris, accueil, disponibilité et l'efficacité de l'hôtesse d'accueil. Sa situation géographique dans une zone commerciale qui le rend très difficilement accessible autrement qu'en voiture, et limite toute possibilité d'activité à proximité (restaurants, cinéma...). Le Wifi est payant et très cher. Impossibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre qui certes donnait sur le parking mais tout de même. |

It was one of the best motels we have stayed in recently since we are now retired and so travel to various places visiting friends and family .Buffet breakfast was excellent, the staff very friendly and helpful, room etc spot on |

Staff were warm and friendly. Hotel was clean and welcoming. I would have liked another chair so that both of us could have sat in comfort to watch TV or read. |

The breakfast was very nice The heating in room was broke so we had a little heater that didn't really do anything. Even though we were told about it, they could only offer a smoking room which we did not want for health reasons |

Very clean and bright, excellent continental breakfast in agood location with efficient reception. 1.Sealed glazing and unclear heating/air-condition system..suggest induction given on arrival. 2.Disabled bays poorly sited and not the correct width and occupied by non-disabled. |

The Proximity to the 24 hour asda ,exercise and ice scating rink and complimentary breakfast The room was too small, second bed was a roll out chair and the room temperature was scorching hot. There was no wash cloth provided with towels. |
