The ability to come in and relax and shower each night after two hard days moving our daughter into her new house in Norwich! Too tired to notice anything detrimental! |

It was one of the best motels we have stayed in recently since we are now retired and so travel to various places visiting friends and family .Buffet breakfast was excellent, the staff very friendly and helpful, room etc spot on |

The breakfast was good and the room was clean Due to it being a former somking room it smelt very bad and the windows could not be opened |

Staff were warm and friendly. Hotel was clean and welcoming. I would have liked another chair so that both of us could have sat in comfort to watch TV or read. |

The breakfast was very nice The heating in room was broke so we had a little heater that didn't really do anything. Even though we were told about it, they could only offer a smoking room which we did not want for health reasons |

Very clean and bright, excellent continental breakfast in agood location with efficient reception. 1.Sealed glazing and unclear heating/air-condition system..suggest induction given on arrival. 2.Disabled bays poorly sited and not the correct width and occupied by non-disabled. |

The Proximity to the 24 hour asda ,exercise and ice scating rink and complimentary breakfast The room was too small, second bed was a roll out chair and the room temperature was scorching hot. There was no wash cloth provided with towels. |

Great location. Well-equipped room. Friendly staff. Fine breakfast. The Management is very attentive. It is a pity that the windows cannot be opened. Relying on aircon for fresh air is not ideal. |

the whole family enjoyed the fact that the hotel was easy to find and made exploring Norfolk easy too. the staff were great and really helpful and we thought we got value for money. air conditioning as the only source of air plays havoc with peoples chests and open windows should be considered. |
