I liked all the stall most of my dealings were with Tom.He was most polite and helpful.

Only the bed was hard

Good location, staff very obliging, good value for money as breakfast included. Problem with room but that was soon sorted. Quick check in and out, no waiting.

Very very noisy due to group of men staying, shouting from one end of corridor to the other in the early hours of the morning, but this was not the staffs fault. AT breakfast presume it was the same group continued to be very noisy, but were not told to quieten down by staff, very off putting, althought they did not use bad language. I hope the said group read this and are ashamed of themselves.

The staff were very helpful and enthusiastic' Nothing was too much trouble and they did their best to make your stay as Good as they could.the pools next door were excellent and very reasonable,the supermarket was useful,The complimentary transport collected us from the airport after we dropped off our hire car. All in all we felt very relaxed and looked after over our 5 nights holiday. Thankyou!

The only downside was the location,without a car you have to deal with public transport,the restaurants locally were cheap and cheerful.

Comfortable, modern and clean

Hot breakfast is awful. Scrambled eggs like rubber, poor quality sausage. Breakfast much better at a premier inn. Evening meal (lamb shank, mash, peas) hot but tasted bland. Food facilities are poor. I stayed in a Novotel on business in France. The food was absolutely excellent and accommodation similar. We have lots to improve in this country regarding hotel breakfast and evening meals.

High quality of bathroom fittings and reception area

the limited menu choice (two types of chicken curry and no kids meals) and quality of dining food (microwaved everything) was appalling - would not eat there again - and it was poor value. Carpet in bedroom was stained and rucked up into folds due to cheap backing. High charge for broadband.

The staff are always really friendly, helpful polite and smartly dressed.

The chairs by the TVs in reception look comfortable but are a bit hard and uncomfortable for the back.

breakfast was very poor. dried scrambled egg and sausauge. Fruit was basic. Coffee was disgusting, I had to spend some of my morning looking for a Costa or similar. When compared to Holiday Inn, Carrow road, it simply could NOT compare. Price was dearer too???

perfect well-trained and very helpful staff, clean well-designed rooms, good location close to the Airport, breakfast was delicious- good combination of traditional English and continental breakfast, shuttle service to the Airport any time is a very good idea

Good reception nothing too much trouble

Everything was fine

The staff were very very friendly, the room was big and spacious and the power shower was powerful to say the least. At Breakfast, there was a great choice and variation.

My sink had a huge crack down it.

The room was not as booked- double- but was changed quite easily.

The room smelled of cigarettes! More tea and coffee could have been left in the room, especially after a long journey to the hotel. Breakfast consisted of just beans, sausages and scambled egg, on a very small plate. Not what we would call english breakfast!
