Could not fault anything about our stay. It's the first time I've used the disabled room - excellent !!!
Absolutely Nothing !!!!
Staff were lovely and very helpful. Most of breakfast was good.
Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Hot option for breakfast was very poor quality.
Nice and cheap very clean and good location
Drinks in hotel bar expensive
Excellent reception staff. Very helpful.
Good location and friendly staff
Location. Internet access. Vending machines!
I like the Hotel because it was clean and the staff were very good and know knowledge of the surrounding areas
Spacious room and breakfasts were great.
Hated crossing the road to get back to the hotel after being on the bus. We had to take our lives in our hands and wait for a semi break in the traffic before having to run across the very busy road. This put me off travelling by bus again and I would not go back to the hotel for that reason. There should be a safe crossing point for customers.
Nice staff very very clean rooms quiet
Bit out off the way from the metro centre and city centre
Clean accessible room on ground floor. Comfortable bed. Metro centre and good choice of restaurants within walking distance.
Breakfast food choice good, but very busy by 8.30am, so hot food got cold while queuing for drinks, toast etc.
Hotel was alright
Not as near to Metro centre as we thought.
attentive staff from check in to breakfast. nice clean large rooms with nicely appointed en suite. very comfortable bed too. TGI Friday's in the car park serving great value great quality evening meals. breakfast was much better than expected too... all round good value and comfortable hotel
nothing !! all good from me...
Service , staff, location , cleanliness and facilities
Uncomfortable bed and hard pillows. Breakfast bland and unexciting. Tables cleaned with disinfectant - not good when trying to eat .
Value for money and location.
Some carpets looking a bit worn and need of update.
Central location and easy access out of Newcastle.
There was no air conditioning in the rooms and it was extremely hot.
Staff were fantastic and always very helpful. I liked the free wifi, room, breakfast, newspapers, and picturesque location.
The location was excellent not far to travel to the metro centre.
The room was too hot.we had a fan but it didn't help much. Would of liked more variety of hot food for breakfast.
Location to the metro centre
Beds were the worst I've ever slept on, room was very warm all the time. And for the basic breakfast the sausages and scrambled eggs were awful.
Good clean budget hotel at a bargain price., the free breakfast in the morning was an added bonus.
Room got quite hot during the night
All locally employed staff who couldn't do enough for you and knew there local area
No food in the evenings on the premises but TGI Friday across the car park
The room was modern in design, looked crisp and new. The bed was not too hard but not too soft, it was just right. The room had a sofa which added to the comfort of the room. It was quiet. Great power shower. It had all the facilities I required and it was good value for money. Breakfast was self-service but the choice was very good and included a cooked breakfast, as well as a good choice of hot drinks.
No negative comments to make about this hotel.
Friendly and helpfull staff
no air con, basic breakfast,
Breakfast was okay.
Pretty much everything. The bed in our room was broken, dirty stains on the carpet, sofa bed, bathroom had mildew on it and the room had the stench of a teenage boy!
Was in a room next to lifts which we're noisy, but someone has to be in these rooms............wouldn't put me off staying again.
My friend and I were up there for a couple of rugby matches and found the location excellent for our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful and the disabled room we had was just the ticket for my needs.
Nothing really bad. Had a bit of trouble with the card key but I always do.
