The friendliness and accomodating nature of the night staff. 5 lads coming in at gone 2am were well looked after and it's not often you get that. Well done to the doorman and the barman! |

Convenient for Metro Shopping Centre and a good bus service from hotel to Metro Centre. Eating places close by. Access to hotel from bus stop across a busy road - and no proper path from road to hotel. Disturbance by noisy guests on first night until 3am. |

Good location close to the A1. Large car park. Continental breakfast included in the price. In the same style as any of the lodge hotels but with a smaller bed and a higher price. Would not have been happy to pay full price. |

was a nice clean and quiet hotel only slight disturbance from passing trains nice a.nd handy for shopping centre and retail park not the hotel but most people considering eating out at friday's opposite the hotel food was good staff unfriendly and service zero |

Had a very good stay , the porter was very helpfill and helped to find us a garage to fix a blowen tyre, most helpfull staff very informative. will hope that all sister hotels are of the same standard. |
