The staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine. We were able to check in early.

Noise from other guests - thin walls! Room was a bit tired looking although it was nice and clean. Sofabed was pretty uncomfortable and the pillows were inadequate. I had booked a room with twin beds + sofabed but was told to complain to Booking .com because that permutation doesn't exist.

No free internet no regular minibus to metro centre which could pick up and drop of or info available without asking which shows the availability you advertise a path to metro centre but it is long, dark and particularly dangerous to woman from attack food unappetizing dry and overcooked and no bacon.Fruit out of a tin,not fresh my kettle was faulty, but still got it to work

Cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms we had were fresh and tidy. Plenty of eating places nearby. We also liked the breakfasts. Far better than travel lodge or premier inn's. Keep up the good work.

Maybe the hotel lacked a choice of drinks in the lounge. I noticed this the last time I was there. However we went out to the Skiff next door for a pint so no hardship. Could have done with complimentary shampoo in the room as we forgot to take this with us.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly.The room was warm and clean. Nice restaurant/bar called Skiffles next door. Easy to get to from the city centre by bus (number 10).

It is within walking distance of the Metrocentre though the walk involves either a walk alongside the railway line which is a cycle track and not very nice when dark or a walk through the retail parks carpark which isn't clearly signposted and means crossing a dual carriageway at some point. Duvets very thin and barely big enough. Cheap toilet roll. Breakfast was average.

The staff were very helpful in refunding my second night stay.

The noise. Lots of stag and hen party'S. Would have been nice to have this on the booking site, as I was staying with a child. The scrambled egg was green. I asked for towels and they didn't arrive. I left after one night,

Quick and easy to get to. No fuss check in.

That the heaters in the room are only operated by the door-key card in the wall holder. It was a perishing night and was far too cold for no heating in the room upon arrival. Took absolutely ages to warm up. Not a very pleasant experience. This is something that requires only a little attention to put right. In future I would ask fro the room to be pre-heated. I could only recommend to others for summer travel at this time.

Was ideally located and reasonably priced. Suited our purposes, nothing more, nothing less.

Good location for the local attractions along with safe car parking facility. Hotel nice and clean, breakfast adequate and ideal place for a short stay.
