Easy to get to, very close to most things in central London, plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby

The facilities were modern, well thought out and everything worked. Our room was spotless and the bed was as comfortable as my own at home, which in my experience is a rarity. The affordable, on site parking was a bonus too.

Didnt like the maid knocking the door at 9am and then again at 10am! Breakfast was awful

Breakfast was bad quality food, had to ask staff for a mug and a knife. Beans and eggs were cold

The staff were friendly and very helpful. It was good value and suited our needs.

The room was too cold and there was no extra bedding.

Needed something between Heathrow and London for an overnight stop and it was ideal.

Difficult to understand staff as English was not their first language in most cases.

For us it is easily accessable from the west. It is reasonably good value for those on a tight budget. It is easy to book on-line although the non refundable booking is a bit worrying as travel insurance does not normally cover uk. The design of the rooms makes the best use of the space although I would quite like to see a bath to have a good soak in. Importantly, the rooms are very clean and welcoming.

Breakfast is a bit limited and food is not immediately replenished. I would like to be able to reserve parking, although we had no problem being allocated a space.

The cooked breakfast was very poor. It consisted of warm sausages, cold beans and powdered scrambled egg. I could not reccomend this hotel on this basis.

We stayed at the Holiday in for meeting family. The rooms were a good size, the location was good for shopping an access to the tube network. Breakfast was good, but if there were any problems there is a Wetherspoon's next door to accommodate any thirst or hunger issues.

On the first It is easy to miss the entrance to the hotel even when walking down King street.

We chose the hotel for its location - a safe 7 minute walk to the Hammersmith Apollo for a concert. Then found the river nearby and the shops a real added bonus. Very quiet hotel. The room was superbly designed, very clean and lacked nothing. Breakfast was included and was extremely good. The staff very helpful. Very proactive hotel which offers plates/cutlery etc if you require a take away evening meal to be taken into the hotel (great for families ?). Many local restaurants and pubs within a 10 minute stroll. We will return again.
