The location, the full breakfast, the helpfulfulness of the staff.
The too much soft bed
Really comfy bed. Great staff. Nothing too much trouble. Lovely breakfast.
clean , comfortable ,looked freshly painted. helpful friendly staff . excellent location to meet our needs.
nothing all good
Nice, helpful staff. Clean and comfy. Only a 5 min walk to the tube, then a 20 min tube ride to Central London. Good breakfast selection and covered parking is available - but will be limited in space during busy times.
The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.
I found the free wifi fiddly and complicated to activate.
good location, breakfast, nice room
odour in the room a bit unpleasant, but you get used to it
Staff is very nice The room was huge and comfortable Breakfast was ok
Friendly and helpful staff. Was handy for theatre and lots of eating places in the vicinity. Wasn't noisy. Comfortable bed.
too near the pub
overall stay was fine
I drink black coffee so it has to be good and yours is not very nice. price of the stay i think was alittle on the high side.
The hotel was better than we thought and was in great location for apollo hammersmith.
We booked a double room and when we checked in there was only twin rooms available.
simple comfortable room
very limited breakfast selection
The breakfast was self-service; with limited choice of hot food. Sausages and scrambled egg basically. The toast was done on a rotisserie-style machine which took a while to rotate. The coffee was via Kenco machine and was also self-service. We wish we had breakfasted somewhere else.
Good size room, good location to the tube, nice breakfast and not rushed so you can enjoy
Nothing, would definitely stay here again.
It was grate if there was fridge in the room.
Thoroughly delightful staff greeted us on arrival and were available throughout the day, providing a friendly and helpful service whenever needed. The location is also ideally suited for getting around London, as it's just a train ride to many landmarks, tourist sites, and event locations.
The firm pillows were soft and the bed extremely malleable, for which my partner didn't enjoy a good night's rest. The air conditioning also left us with dry, sore throats. The water from the bathroom taps contained more air bubbles than true water.
Very near to the theatre we needed to go to.
Very small room, hard bed
Good room size, wifi free, near to station 7min walk.
Breakfast same everyday. Expensive. Noise because there is bar and train you can hear it from window.
The room was filthy, the towels were stained and there were bed bugs in the bed. I didn't even know those things existed until I woke up and I had bug bites all over my body, it was horrible. Room 318
Great location, good variety of nearby restaurants, clean and quiet room, decent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great value for a London hotel.
Nothing to complain about.
The hotel was perfect for our needs, with friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location
individual room safes would be good
Nice clean beds comfortable, good breakfast, great service. To be recommended
Very convenient for Hammersmith Odeon and Tube
We were a mother and daughter team so didn't fit the above spec! Proximity to concert so convenient. Lovely village with everything close by.
