Holiday Inn Express London-Hammersmith  

Buffet breakfast was fair and reasonable. Room was fine. Location is not far from underground and directly on main shopping street. The pub on the corner served good pub grub, although it looks a bit like a canteen from outside.

Free Wifi in reception, but not in the room :-(

I liked the breakfast choice and self service arrangement. I liked the lay-out of the social space downstairs. It was good that there snacks available to purchase at all hours.

Price and location really good. Parking facilities were paramount 2 hour stay the overall comfort and cleanliness was as good as we expect from holiday inn. Would definatley stay again and recomend to others.

The facilities were modern, well thought out and everything worked. Our room was spotless and the bed was as comfortable as my own at home, which in my experience is a rarity. The affordable, on site parking was a bonus too.

Didnt like the maid knocking the door at 9am and then again at 10am! Breakfast was awful

Breakfast was bad quality food, had to ask staff for a mug and a knife. Beans and eggs were cold

The staff were friendly and very helpful. It was good value and suited our needs.

The room was too cold and there was no extra bedding.

Needed something between Heathrow and London for an overnight stop and it was ideal.

Difficult to understand staff as English was not their first language in most cases.

For us it is easily accessable from the west. It is reasonably good value for those on a tight budget. It is easy to book on-line although the non refundable booking is a bit worrying as travel insurance does not normally cover uk. The design of the rooms makes the best use of the space although I would quite like to see a bath to have a good soak in. Importantly, the rooms are very clean and welcoming.

Breakfast is a bit limited and food is not immediately replenished. I would like to be able to reserve parking, although we had no problem being allocated a space.

The cooked breakfast was very poor. It consisted of warm sausages, cold beans and powdered scrambled egg. I could not reccomend this hotel on this basis.
