Easy access to town

A Disappointing stay......Bed was most uncomfortable. Terefore unable to sleep. Had to request towels for 3rd person. Tea and cofffee not replaced for second day/nite. Room not serviced at all during 2nite stay. No benefits at from being a Priority club member. Would not stay again.

Hotel staff very friendly, check in very quick, room clean and comfortable, breakfast plenty of choice and well cooked will stay again

found room a little to warm, but this is a personal choice. Bed could have been a bit bigger and mattress firmer.

The breakfast was terrible. the Cost of Wireless connection was hidious £12 for the night, i would not have booked this hotel and will not be booking holiday in again if they continue to charge hefty fe's for basic business customers. I could have taken a far better quality hotel on late rooms . com but wanted to go direct, never again.

Leaving the hotel was the only thing I liked. Will never stay t here again.

Staff rude...over priced...room smelt...dangerous wires hanging of electric heater which feel of the wall during the night...filthy carpets...stained sofa bed...

The staff are very pleasant and the surrounding countryside from our window was lovely. We had to make the journey because a family member who stays in Lichfield is ill but we hope to return in the sumer months and we will stay at the Holiday Inn. Thank again Joyce Quinn

The only problem I found as a female was the lighting in the room was rather dark but my partner thinks that is a bonus//// men///

Was ckean and tidy; staff were efficient and helpful.. Close to raiway station for travel into Birmingham.

Our visit represented excellent value for money over the New Year period and we would use the hotel again in similar circumstances.

I like the fact that I could find a hotel midway between London and Liverpool to stay half way for my visit home for Christmas. The hotel was generally clean and warm.

It is a bit too short of the luxuriies. I am used to. Room Service, thermostatin room, Breakfast is ok but short on choice. No fresh orange juice.

Its location near to family we were visiting and proximity to Virgin Active Health Club. Very enjoyable breakfast although husband did not like the sausages.

Only one chair in bedroom - Ok for businessmen but not for families and couples.

Excellent location from m6 toll road. Very satisfied with the helpful staff and overall facilities. Would recommend.

The only downside was the double bed in our room, did not feel substancial. It felt like a temporary bed was put up. Could improve this feature.

Friendly helpful staff, good price
