Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was nice. Hotel was close to bus stop with regular services to Manchester city centre, and only cost 3.50 for a day ticket! |

The receptionist that was on duty on Saturday and Sunday mornings was an extremely nice person. Very helpful. This really makes a huge difference to the stay at your hotel. The receptionist that was on duty on Friday night was not at all friendly. He was not well mannered, and not helpful at all !! |

the room had a lovely relaxing decor and nice and warm. breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of foods provided. it was very easy to commute to the areas of manchester that we wished to visit. i found the information dislayed on the reception deck very well resourced and provided excellent and relevent information that would be required. the room was a family room and we found the pullout bed hard and a bit uncomfortable. |

good price there was very bad smell in the room. I called the reception and one of the staff came. surprisingly, he said that "there is no bad smell in the room"!!! I was really chocked as the smell was really bad...i asked to change the room and I was offered smoking room as the hotel was full. this room was clean , however i was so bothered from the smoking smell. overall i will not stay in this hotel again.. |
