I liked the location and the ease of getting into the main town, also the room was very clean and well prepared. The person on the front desk was rude and unhelpful when we arrived |

It was mainly an overnight stay for a concert at the men and we thought this was an ideal place as it had overnight parking as most hotels in the centre of Manchester have not got them facilities. We said we did the right thing after the stay and we will go back to that hotel again if we went back to Manchester Nothing wrong with this hotel and one of the best Holiday Inn's we have stayed at. Many thanks. |

Good cheap clean hotel. Breakfast included was nice too. Can have late night (went to concert) food delivered. Coffee was awful |

Excellent value, although new, hotel service staff appeared to care about their charges and were friendly and approachable. Although only continental breakfast was excellent. Reception staff gave a poor introduction to the hotel. Guests having to wait while staff took personal calls, slow to answer simple requests. Night staff either poorly trained or bad attitude, Bar poorly stocked, no gin at 2200hrs, so no nightcap. |

It was a convenient location for my trip to this area, to visit relatives and for an event on in Oldham The room was oppressively warm even though it was not that hot outside, no air-con meant the window had to stay open. I wouldn't like to stay here if it was really hot. |

I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and it was included in room rate which was great and also fresh towels everyday without having to ask twice yes I was placed in a smoking room that had burns on the carpet and also on sofa bed. the room really skinked of smoke the whole trip when both myself and boyfriend are non smokers. it really made our clothes stink |

|Staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the area, room was spacious and modern design, all aspects of hotel were spotlessly clean. In this day and age why do hotels still persist in trying to charge for wifi when there are mobile devices now readdily available. |

I like this hotel chain, so whenever possible I try to stay in Holiday Inn. It's always got the same level of comfort. It's a bit outside the city center: was not a problem for me as we were travelling by car, but those who are on foot might find it a disadvantage. |

I liked the room and facilities offered. The continental breakfast was lovely. Nice location. I do feel though that dogs being able to stay was very convienient, unfortunately you had to keep dog in room. So we were in two rooms me and my family, and therefore had to go at different times to breakfast so someone could look after the dog. It would be helpful if some where was available to dine for people with dog!!! As this would make us stay more often!!! As your enjoyment is spoiled!!! |

it was clean, relaxing and everyone was very helpful, and nice nothing, maybe just the lack of being able to order food instead of having to go to the adjoining restaurant |

The shower was awesome but there was a little mould on the tiles, the tv was good too. the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, and the shower could have been much cleaner, i would never pay full price for a hotel like this |

The hotel provided great service at an affordable price. It was well-positioned on a main bus route into the city, thus avoiding further driving and parking costs. Breakfast was of good quality with excellent availability throughout the eating time. |
