This hotel was good velue for the money. It was in the right place , near the cruise port saving any hold ups on the motorway on the day of sailing. i was pleased with the service and helpfulness of the staff, reception and breackfast staff. Not a dislike but it would help if there was a restarant of some kind at or nearer to the hotel for an evening snack or meal. This to save having to get the car outagain to go following a long journey already? We had to go right into Southampton to get a meal, I could not find the local pub/restarant. |

The professionalism of the staff was out standing, especially Hannah who offered excellent Customer Service. The location of the hotel was excellent. Lack of facilities,no hot breakfast or evening meals. |

The price was reasonable and the hotel was clean. Some of the staff were incompetent and very unhelpful. |

The Location was good as we had a family party in Totton, and most of our family stayed at the hotel, so we was able to have breakfast with them and talk in the lounge the next morning. |

Very clean and comfortable. Buffet breadkfast more than adequate.Staff excellent and very professional. Nothing too much trouble. The hotel was situated out on a limb with nothing else around it. There was a lack of adequate signposting off the main road - not all taxi drivers know where it is!! No food facilities other than breakfast. |

I liked the open plan foyer so that you could feel like you weren't trapped in your room but had somewhere else to relax. There was nothing in the immediate neighbourhood, but it is a travel hotel! The hairdryer didn't work but I forgot to mention it to the desk. |

Good parking facilities. No nonsense booking in and out. Ideally situated for what we needed and efficient and friendly service. Possibly too busy at breakfast time and some shortages of certain items; crockery, butter, etc. But these were replaced when pointed out. |

One of the receptinoists was ery cute! That's it... Nothing else Was too far from town - nothing nearby at all! Staff were nice enough, but seemed more interested in chatting with earch other and with friends that were hanging arround the receptin area than being helpful - but I guess thats what happens when you only employ young-uns to run the place!! Not a "grown-up" to be seen... |

Although the breakfast was only descibed as 'continental', the selection was excellent (and most guests don't need a cooked breakfast anywaylooking at them!) It would have been nice to eat in when we arrived rather than have to go out again but the pub down the road is good value for money. |
