not that WE minded but there were lots of children, we assume for Pepper Land.

Efficient and friendly check in staff. Very easy to find close to motorway network Clean and smart room with slight road noise but not enough to affect sleep.

The cooked breakfast buffet didnt look that appealing but the rest of the spread was great. Lots of families staying so breakfast was quite noisy on Saturday morning but that's the price of staying in great value hotels

Did not realize it was close to a theme park and there were a lot of children. Also it was too far from the cruise port.

The room was nice and comfortable

The first night, took a cold shower, in the morning another cold shower, only to discover the shower thermostat was broken. We changed rooms but nothing was offered for the inconvenience, a drink on the house would have been appreciated. The food was also a bit pricey for what you got on your plate, and our chips were as hard as rocks, very disappointing, so we ate out the other nights or got takeaway.

The breakfast wasn't great. I always wonder why the sausages served are the cheap plastic type. Why no serve at least a half decent one. The unit cost to an organisation as large as yours can only be pennies

The heater in the room (200) did not work and neither did one of the lights in the room which suggests lack of supervision. The food at dinner time was very poor.

Room was noisey with motorway traffic, not enough selection at breakfast, also was very noisey with children misbehaving,was continousley running short of breakfast foods and crockery, seemed to be short staffed,hotel was full so should be staffed accordingly, we visit S.hampton regular to see my daughter who lives there, we shall not choose this hotel again.

Emma At Reception was Excellent so was the DM Gray. i would take them any day to work with me.

broken heater and 2 hair dryers in rooms we booked

New, clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Many families with small children but suprisingly quiet at night.Very good buffet breakfast.very good value for money.

Bed was a bit soft for our liking but obviously that's a matter of taste.

Nice to have a bar room. Was able to socialise with fellow hotel users which was nice. Recommended

Room was very cold, fheater did not work all night, bed covers not sufficient to keep warm Food in the evening appalling, felt sorry for staff.
