Holiday Inn Express Swindon West M4, Jct 16  

The staff and facilities were good nad we felt welcomed and would visit again.

We only did not like the heating facility, it was next to the bed aqnd the warm air was above our heads so that made it uncomfotable.

Excellent location with easy access from Motorway. I have stayed at this hotel on quite a number of occasions the staff are always friendly and helpful. The bedrooms are spacious, beds very comfortable, excellent shower in bathrooms which are again spacious. The cleanliness of the hotel is second to none. Breakfasts are plentiful with a good selection of food and drink.

We went to breakfast at 9.58am to find there was hardly any food left and the waitress was clearing what was left of the breakfasts. When I approached her and asked why I was told curtly breakfast finishes at 10am. On returning to the room I checked the room services leaflet which clearly stated breakfast was served until 10.30am. On checking out I explained what had happened and showed the Receptionist the leaflet clearly stating breakfast was available until 10.30. I was informed the leaflet should have been removed from the room. The Receptionist apologised but was unable to offer a refund as I had already paid when checking in. Perhaps it would have been a good idea for the receptionist to advise on checking in that breakfast times had changed or even have a notice in the reception area stating the new breakfast times. Apart from this issue I have always found this Hotel to be excellent.

Chosen for special rate which influenced our decision greatly. The inclusion of breakfast confirmed our choice. Tea and coffee facilities in room is always welcome. Easy parking and very convenient for shopping (outlet centre) and quick trip to City of Bath.

Pillows, pet hate, can't stand foam filling; otherwise happy with room comfort. Appreciate limited space but if staying more than couple of days would look for room with bath - would then influence choice of where to stay as comfort choice.

We were travelling to stay with family in Bath on Saturday. This was a very convenient Friday evening stopover on our way from east Kent, close to the M4 and only 45 minutes from our destination. Very comfortable accommodation, good breakfast and free newspaper.

Lovely hotel and staff breakfast was very nice we will stay again.

We stayed over Christmas and the staff were really helpful and we were delighted with our breakfast on Christmas morning. Wiill stayy again.

It's location. Very near the m4, easy to find. As we were staying for an overnight, it was ideal for us.

No food available at weekends other than breakfast, which is provided. As it's location is not central, there's not much around. Other places in similar situations have an arrangement with 'take aways' who deliver. Perhaps something to consider.

Appreciated the fresh fruit and really nice croissants at breakfast. Bed comfortable and soft pillow supplied as requested.

Scrambled egg at breakfast not so good. Tasted as if made from powdered egg and a bit rubbery.

I find the location and facilities here very good. The room comfort is always consistent and this is why I am a repeat business guest. The housekeeping and cleanliness are of a high standard.

I do not like the soap dispenser in the room or the hair / body shampoo. It was preferable when it was lux. All other toiletries / additional items provided such as face cloth and tissues are a good add-on and appreciated

Excellent value for money - clean and friendly. Would certainly stay again.

This hotel is true value for money if you book in plenty of time. Staff friendly and helpful, rooms spacious and clean with a bed that is very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent with quality and plentiful products. I will most certainly use this hotel again.

It was clean and tidy and perfect for an overnight stay.
