The welcoming staff when we arrived. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great choice of soft or firm pillows. Excellent sound proof rooms. We never would have guessed we were next to a motorway. The breakfast area was chaotic. There seemed to be no organisation there at all. Staff were bringing out trays of very hot food from the kitchen using oven gloves, through crowds of people (adults and children).The room is quite small, so you cannot easily get out of the way when it is busy. I wouldn't do this at home, it's an accident waiting to happen.

Room was clean,good size with large TV,internet connection and excellent bathroom - could not be faulted. Good choice for breakfast. Fantastic value for the money we paid (£33) Unfortunately fire alarm was faulty so woke us at 6.15 am and another 8 times in the next hour or so

Compared to a normal budget hotel there was no comparison! Price was brilliant, room was well decorated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was reasonable but at no extra cost there can be no complaint! Fire alarm fault, not really a fault of the hotel but we were rudely awoken repeatedly between 6am and 8am and then housekeeping were banging on the door at 8.30am which I thought was far too early being as we didn't have to check out until midday.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Excellent clean room, comfy bed. Breakfast etc etc etc I needed to have a document printed and the staff at the front desk did this for me without any fuss. They were so helpful and saved the day.

I had booked this hotel as I needed a base for visiting badminton horse trials. The staff were great and very accommodating and helpful. breakfast was very impressive as it was included within the very reasonable price we paid. I would definitely use again, as it was within easy driving distances of some lovely areas including Bath or the Cotswolds. There wasn't anything that I could think of that I didn't like.

Staff friendliness, nothing too much trouble. Given privacy. Size of room fab, ensuite lovely. Hot as well as cold breakfast available, self service great and fresh milk lovely with our cup of tea. Fruit juice was a fruit drink not pure juice. Long life milk cartons in room not fresh milk.
