The locality - very central and close to nice restaurants. I was disgusted to see so many smoking rooms, and my 4 colleagues and I were put in the smoking rooms. Very disappointing, although the staff at the front desk did go to some effort to reaccommodate some of my party. I know Aberdeen is notorious for hotel bookings during the week, but the price was a bit ridiculous for a Tuesday night. |

Although busy, the buffet breakfast was well staffed and plates refilled quickly. The hotel had everything we needed and the staff were very pleasant. The bed ( mattress) was too soft for us. More parking spaces would be good. |

Stopped at the hotel after traveling from Bristol to Dublin to Aberdeen. We stayed overnight at the hotel before driving back to the west country. The hotel was perfect for us with a great breakfast included. There is nothing. Maybe free wifi? Its right next door to a multi story car park, close to shops and some great restaurants. As you did great on everything else you could have had a go on stopping the torrential rain at the time;-) |

Value for money accommodation, in central location, with continental breakfast. Modern room with all facilities, high standard of cleanliness throughout. Strong odour from smoking section of Inn wafting into non smoking section !! at lift entrance. |

Good location, clean rooms, good staff Noise from bakery over the road at early hours of the morning was incredible. People outside (going home from clubs, pubs etc) were shouting and screaming. There is no way anyone could sleep through that. The hotel needs to complain as anyone staying at the front of the hotel would not have been able to sleep |
