Room very clean and a good breakfast. Good central location and reasonably priced. carpark very limited in space, and I was left waiting as my room had not been cleaned on arrival. I could have booked in from 1400hrs, so was somewhat alarmed - the room was still not ready when I attempted to check in at 1700hrs. |

Very good quality for the price.If all you're looking for is somewhere to stay with a nice room and a good shower this is it. If you have trouble sleeping with noise outside you might have an issue here (especially weekends) as there is an all night pie shop just opposite. |

the staff over the weekend i stayed was absolutly fabulous, very friendly and efficient in their job, and big thanks to the person in charge on the sunday morning, for keeping breakfast open extra 30 mins as the fire alarm went off at 10amish, so gave folk time to book out and get breakfast |

The location was ideal for shopping and restaurants. The rooms were very comfortable and well equipped. The self service area for breakfast was very busy and not much room for manouevering between the serving areas. However the quality of the breakfast was very good. |

All was satisfactory and thought was excellent value for money. I heard one person asking for another room as was too noisy. What else should one expect at a city centre hotel? They should pay more and go to a more expensive/quieter location. We had no qualms and would stay again for a short break shopping trip etc. Not enough parking/ but was four of us to share parking costs. |

Have stayed at Hotel before a few times. Hotel was central to city centre. Plenty of eating places, pubs, shops, etc, close by.. Also good rate for the weekend. Too early a check out. |

The locality - very central and close to nice restaurants. I was disgusted to see so many smoking rooms, and my 4 colleagues and I were put in the smoking rooms. Very disappointing, although the staff at the front desk did go to some effort to reaccommodate some of my party. I know Aberdeen is notorious for hotel bookings during the week, but the price was a bit ridiculous for a Tuesday night. |

Although busy, the buffet breakfast was well staffed and plates refilled quickly. The hotel had everything we needed and the staff were very pleasant. The bed ( mattress) was too soft for us. More parking spaces would be good. |
