Good value for money, clean, comfortable, easy to find. Good shower. Perfectly acceptable breakfast included in the price with very nice coffee! The toasters in the breakfast area seemed to have come out of the ark. They either burnt the bread or barely warmed it. I have stayed in other hotels in this chain and they had them too. This seems at odds with a very modern hotel. |

Very pleasant front desk staff. Very clean room. 1 small matter, indications should be clearer. Arriving in the dark is a nightmare. Street names are a rare species in that part of Bristol. |

The room was terrific - clean, modern and functional with good aircon. The staff were excellent, and were very happy to help with questions and directions. |

Cleaniness, design and layout of room. Little things like soap in dispenser, extra pillows, swivelling TV (!). Bed very soft (!) |

The Hotel was well laid out clean tidy and up to date furnished. The only minor comment I have is the room access card has an arrow which has to be pointing upwards when passed through the entrance door reader. I would of thought it would make more sense to have the arrow pointing the way you have to swipe the card. This seemed to be a current problem with quite a few guests while we were there. |

The free breakfast was lovely. There was a greater selection of breakfast foods than I expected. The coffee was good, too! The way to the hotel was poorly marked. That was a frustration after a long day of driving! |

It included a reasonable continental breakfast. The room was quite large, clean and had good facilities. checking in and out was easy and the staff were pleasant and helpful when asked to help. Although it was easy to find, getting into the hotel car park was difficult and required driving around the block each time. |

Clean informitive and rooms are always very comfortable for the price.Parking a good bonus. Stayed several times and always been very happy. Staff on last visit not so satisfactory. Sadly lack of food available for breakfast was not good and although the final outcome was satisfactory and apology give the initial response was much to be desired. |

A fresh clean hotel, rooms were smallish but had everything required inc aircon and a very comfortable bed. There was also a very good pub/restaurant on the grounds. Nothing against the hotel, however my booking want on the system for some reason (not sure who was at fault) so luckily enough it was a quiet time and they could book me in then and there. |

Professional, pleasant staff Inappropriate material advertising pornographic television stations in room. This could be more discreet rather than having images on leaflet. |
