The Location were good, friendly staff, clean room and comfortable bed.
Excellent Service, Comfortable, and over delivered on the Breakfast. Fab!!!
Comfortable room and a great price, was just what we wanted for our stay, nice pub next door with some decent food.
Comfortable, very friendly staff, spotless, great breakfast and laid back atmosphere. Good value for weekend break. No complaints, well done.
Great value, location good
Stayed two week end in a row. in both rooms the sheets were not long enough so came loose at bottom and were un comfy.
Mattress was not good could feel springs
The bed not very comfy - seemed to slope to the middle.
It is a good location in terms of access to the motorway and other routes
There is very little choice of eating places within walking distance
Friendly Staff comfortable room
Breakfast could have more variety possibly bacon and fried eggs.
It was very convenient as a stop off on a journey from Somerset to Warwickshire, when we were spending the evening in Bristol.
Everything was fine for us.
Location from motorway Staff very helpfull Free parking Free WiFi Breakfast included in good rate
Mattress lumpy Freezing around window as did'nt close properly
Ease of access to rooms and included breakfast
Stuck in the middle of no where, surrounded by a traffic island and a number of superstores. Not a place for culture! Poor value for money
Designed for drivers, not those on foot.
we had a one night stay in a double room on the ground floor. Room was spotless, very comfortable with super shower. We liked the fact that there was a small sofa to sit on if you wanted to watch tv. Staff were very helpful and friendly and recommended Frankie and Bennies to eat out, just over the road on the retail park, as you got 20% discount if you were staying at the hotel. Also the Fox Den next door to the hotel was great for a drink afterwards. Would definitely stay there again.
Nothing really except maybe some bacon and eggs would be nice on the buffet breakfast, but as we only stayed one night we were happy with the other choices.
Shower was to die for. Hot sausages and beans nice surprise with continental breakfast. Pleasant and friendly staff
For a 1 night stay this hotel is first class and excellent value. Comfortable room with everything you might want. Staff friendly and efficient.
The staff were friendly and accommodating. The premise is super clean. Great location.
Same breakfast daily..it gets kinda boring
The staff were cheerful and went out of their way to be helpful.
The breakfast - the hot items were tepid; the cutlery and crockery kept running out; the fruit 'selection' was mostly just apples; the hot drinks machines were temperamental, as were the cold drinks machine.
Good quality bed. Car park
Air con just next to the bed, very loud. Awful breakfast. Entry to car park impossible to find.
Free wi fi Good staff Express breakfast was good Comfy room
Breakfast was really nice, lots of choice. Good range. Room itself was spacious, sofa, double bed, bathroom, TV. Forgotten Items promise was very useful. Reception can help you out with small item e.g. toothpaste, razor if you need too! Microwave any time use free tea coffee always!
Pretty much everything. Very pleasant place to stay, and would readily recommend to friends and family.
Not much! Very good, and would be very happy to stay here again. You do need a car to access the hotel, though, and the site is some way from the centre of Bristol.
Room comfort and good inclusive breakfast.
Local pub and food. They Could do with Holiday Inn staff training at Fox Den ! Whilst this did not detract fron the Holiday Inn experience, would plan to arrive earlier for evening meal elsewhere.
I requested a note was left for my son as this was the first time he had stayed in a hotel ,the staff went above and beyond with a card and goody bag making it really special for my little one ,very clean very friendly
