Helpful staff, comfortable bed, free parking Was told credit Card would be used to "hold" room but when we arrived Receptionist said hotel had tried to take money but had failed so had cancelled booking. The hotel was welcoming, clean & comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful; great 24 hour reception. We were looking for a family room that would sleep two adults & two young children comfortably with space to relax & play and this we found here. The breakfast was excellent - good selection. Location was great as I needed to work at the airport. The Hotel is relatively new, clean and fresh,everything worked and the staff were brilliant. Highly recommended and I will definitely use again if/when I revisit the area. |

Convenient to airport. Better signage from the airport. Had to climb through a fence and walk over waste ground at the rear of hotel to find main entrance. Not enough wardrobe space if you are staying more than one night. Limited tourist information on Cardiff. Plenty on the rest of Wales but nothing on Cardiff. Had to visit tourist information in the city to get this!! |

great place to stay the night before we flew to Barcelona, we had a free shuttle to the airport at 5am, no problems. we also had a takeaway breakfast! that started at 4am, included in the price! it was a little noisy with people and kids going in and out, probably catching their own flights, or arriving, but i couldn't sleep much cos i was excited to go on my hols and we had to get up at 4.15am! |
