Helpful staff, comfortable bed, free parking Was told credit Card would be used to "hold" room but when we arrived Receptionist said hotel had tried to take money but had failed so had cancelled booking. Luckily they had rooms when we arrived but wonder what would happen on busy timestoasters less than efficent, fruit salad sourish, |

The hotel was welcoming, clean & comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful; great 24 hour reception. We were looking for a family room that would sleep two adults & two young children comfortably with space to relax & play and this we found here. The breakfast was excellent - good selection. Thank you Nothing - it suited us very well |

Location was great as I needed to work at the airport. The Hotel is relatively new, clean and fresh,everything worked and the staff were brilliant. Highly recommended and I will definitely use again if/when I revisit the area. |

Convenient to airport. Better signage from the airport. Had to climb through a fence and walk over waste ground at the rear of hotel to find main entrance. Not enough wardrobe space if you are staying more than one night. Limited tourist information on Cardiff. Plenty on the rest of Wales but nothing on Cardiff. Had to visit tourist information in the city to get this!! |

I stayed only one night, but car-parking good, lobby and restaurant area spotless, very good family room. The sound of slamming doors opposite our room, quite late into the night kept us all awake. |

It was peacefull even though situated by the airport.The room was easy to set up for our comfort.Staff were aproachable,helpful and pleasant. Option of a full english breakfast would have been nice.Besides that,cant really find any faults. |

great place to stay the night before we flew to Barcelona, we had a free shuttle to the airport at 5am, no problems. we also had a takeaway breakfast! that started at 4am, included in the price! it was a little noisy with people and kids going in and out, probably catching their own flights, or arriving, but i couldn't sleep much cos i was excited to go on my hols and we had to get up at 4.15am! |
