As the hotel is situated next to Cardiff International Airport, all of the windows are quadruple glazed. Some of the rooms have views of the airport’s runways. Other rooms have views of the Bristol Channel.

The location -near to airport. Excellent bedroom facilities.Prompt transfer to and from airport. well priced carparking facilities Would have preferred to have had a better evening meal menu which was cooked from fresh. We were travelling with a friend who required a gluten free dietand thus we had to find an alternative restaurant. The menu did not accommodate for this dietary group. Breakfast was good. |

room was spot on service off staff very good. airport parking rate excellent, transport to/from airport also excellent. food not very good will not be eating in the hotel again. you only get one chance to impress! therefore I will recommend the hotel to friends but not the food |

The menu was basic but delicious. The staff were lovely,polite and couldn't do enough for you. Felt the conference room was a little small for amount of people that attended. Also felt the quantity of lunch was too small for the amount of people. |

The room was warm and comfortable and check in was very good but I think we should have been told that meals were available and the time of breakfast but I am not rating that as a fault just something to work on. I booked a morning call through the instructions on the tv but did not receive it, maybe this was because the tv was on, I dont know. Luckily I also used my mobile as a back up. We had to be at reception at 4am so maybe a few more instructions about the room call itself because I could have easily overslept and missed the flight. |

We chose the hotel on account of its proximity to Cardiff Airport as well as the competitive rate. Our welcome was friendly and businesslike. Our room was clean and well appointed. The breakast was very good. All in all excellent value. A very minor grumble - the dinner menu was rather restricted, bit I do appreciate it might be difficult to provide wider choice. |

Helpful staff, comfortable bed, free parking Was told credit Card would be used to "hold" room but when we arrived Receptionist said hotel had tried to take money but had failed so had cancelled booking.
