Beds to soft
Comfortable bed clean room good servis and friendly
Nothing to dislike
- staff were very friendly and more than happy to help when we needed to call a taxi into town - the room was very spacious and the cleanliness was excellent - the bed was extremely comfy. Myself and my boyfriend had a fantastic sleep and woke up feeling refreshed! - great value for money, especially since we stayed on a Saturday night when normally prices at other hotels would be sky high!
THE WHOLE HOTEL AND GOOD BEDS AND PILLOWS WERE JUST FAB AT LAST IN A HOTEL. ROOM REALLY COMFORTABLE. GREAT BREAKFAST...ALL IN ALL JUST GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY. WILL BE BACK NEXT TIME.
The girl on reception was lovely, my partner and i came throgh from glasgow to have an anniversary break away from our kids and she brough up cake and written on the plate happy anniversary in chocolate sause fantastic lil touch to a lovely weekend thank you
Can not fault this hotel for anything
I Liked every thing the staff was helpful and friendly the room had everything I needed as I am disabled the room was perfect.
Friendly and professional staff. Very comfortable accommodation with excellent pillows! Enjoyable breakfast and high standard of cleanliness. Very accessible location shirt distance from motorway.
Not a criticism as such but because the rooms were shower only my daughter with a young baby in another room found it more difficult to bath the little one. Being hypercritical a bit more room around the drinks machines for breakfast would be useful. When a lot of customers arrive at once it gets congested.
staff and helpfulness
nothing to dislike would definitely stay again
Nice, comfortable room with tea/coffee facilities and breakfast included.
staff & Services Quitness
Small rooms Matress is too soft.
Happy with everything . Staff were helpful even though they were busy with people checking out who had been to The Ryder cup
The room size was good and the staff friendly. There was a wide variety of breakfast and the cleanliness was spot on
we were waken at 5am by the guest next door alarm then rather than switching it off it repeated itself. The second night we were again wakened by loud hammering on door next to us until the guest got up and let them in
We have stayed at this hotel many times before. It has an excellent location just off the motorway heading North. The staff are very friendly and pleasant. Will definitely use again on our trips up North as a halfway point
A very nice breakfast pleasant staff
The apples at breakfast and the shower was decent.
I would have slept better in a hammock on the titanic. The bed was horrendous
The Dunfermline hotel was clean and quite acceptable. The staff were friendly and willing to help in any way.
For the first time after many stays at Holiday Inns, we were disturbed by banging doors and loud talking during the early hours of the morning. It was apparent that there were a couple of groups of young women and men staying overnight. At approx 03:45 we were awoken by knocking on our door by a young woman asking for 'Jack'. She was quite apologetic for waking us up unnecessarily but the damage was done and we found it hard to get back off to sleep. We did not report the matter to reception as nothing could be done by them.
Very clean, great for a stopover.
The cooked breakfast very poor
Friendliness of the staff.
Our room was very small.225 Breakfast was DIY toast, machine hot drinks(make your own tea in a mug), clear your own table. Hot food choice of baked beans, sausage and scrambled egg speaks volumes. For £126.00 we expected more. ,
My Partner and I where visiting Edinburgh and found it a good base to do this a short walk to the Train Station and Six Pound return into the center of Edinburgh MY Partner comes from St Helens and wanted to see Edinburgh and we found this very easy from the Holiday inn as they warned us about the parking charges in Edinburgh.
Dunfermline it self we could not find a good place to eat
Location, comfort, helpful & friendly staff.
Soft bed and False milk…!
Staff were friendly the room was very clean and the breakfast in the morning was very nice. Great prices as well!
